Hotel room was really big and spacious. Good amenities inside like a washing machine and kitchenette. Bathroom was generously sized as well. However the room had a pretty strong moldy smell that did not dissipate even after 4 nights at the hotel. Furniture was pretty old, too. Location was great, just a few minutes from Nana station. Staff were really friendly and professional. Overall a pretty good experience.

My experience wasn't good. The room had a strong moldy smell and the chairs have a few spots of mold. Had a life-changing experience, the TV turned on itself. The funny part was the remote was next to the TV. After that, we switched off the lights, there were chair dragging sounds coming from the walk-in wardrobe. When the lights were switched on, it stopped. We requested to change our room the next morning, the front desk arranged it promptly. Thank Buddha, the next room was better, we managed to rest. Book at your own risk!

Had a great stay overall. The staff were responsive, pleasant, and attentive throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything functioned well. The hotel had a relaxing and safe atmosphere, making for a very enjoyable stay. The 24-hour gym was also well-sized and convenient for guests.

Been staying in this hotel for 2nd times. Friendly staffs. Although this trip abit of hiccups, staffs from Trip.com & hotel tried their best to solve the problem asap.

Upgraded the room as I got an offered through email from the hotel. Pros: Very spacious room. Cons: Caught 5 small bugs and 1 small cockroach on the bed during the stay.
