Holiday Inn Express BANGKOK SIAM by IHG

Very nice to National stadium BTS and 7-11. There's a mcd downstairs. In the middle of the stay, we saw a pair of feelers coming out from the water tap pipe in the bathroom. Suspected cockroach. Called the customer service and they gave us a new room straight away. It was 2am. The service by Celina is very good and apologetic. Gave us a new room overlooking the stadium on 22nd floor and extended our checkout to 2pm. We will come back to stay again.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room on a smoking floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that it was almost impossible to breathe. We had to request a room change immediately. Although the staff moved us to a non-smoking floor, our first impression was already ruined. The rooms are very small, and our window overlooked a construction site. The hotel itself feels old and is clearly in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the bed had a strong urine smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The worst part was finding cockroaches—not only in our room but also in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness. Breakfast was very repetitive, with limited options and almost the same food every day. The staff were also unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. We will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very simple hotel. However, for the price i thought it was on the high side coz the room is small. It had a good location. Near bts national stadium.

Great location, near to BTS Stadium, accessible to many shopping malls. A ferry point near Jim Thompson. Walking distance to nearby malls, and plenty of eateries nearby.
