Everything was pretty good and service was amazing but it is kind of expensive considering the location isn‘t the very best. I just think that for this kind of pricing while not really beeing close to the center ( even though the Location is not terrible) your expect a lot more than you get. Regardless our room was pretty clean the view on the balcony was at most a 1 out of 10 but therefor the view on the rooftop was amazing and even though we didn‘t use it the pool looked great

I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. There was a gym on site which was small but had good space and was not busy. The rooftop pool was amazing and a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Somerset Sukhumvit 71 Bangkok. Check-in was easy and smooth with welcome infused water, and the on-site café was excellent, with delicious breakfast pastries. The beds were firm and clean, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning and making our beds daily. We also appreciated that both of our rooms were booked next to each other, which made travelling as a family much easier. Our fourteen-year-old’s bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. John, the concierge, was outstanding. He managed to book a same-day bike tour for our family of six and also kindly arranged our airport transfer. His service truly stood out and made our stay even better. Our only disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We had planned to ring in the new year at the rooftop venue, but it was fully booked. I had messaged the hotel in advance through the Trip app but didn’t receive a response. Instead, we followed a restaurant recommendation from the front desk, only to arrive 56 minutes before closing and be told the kitchen was already closed. Two other nearby restaurants were also closed, so we ended up grabbing snacks from the 7-Eleven across the street. The hotel kindly unlocked our balcony so we could at least watch the fireworks from our room. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice, although the water was quite cold, so we didn’t swim. The location is a bit far out, but overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and booked a third night. A great hotel with excellent service, especially from the concierge, and we would happily stay again.

Extended one night, but they didn’t activated our current room card. And forgot to give us the breakfast vouchers. I had a bad night, the sound proof is bad, i can hear people talking, walking and even flushing. I felt cheated from the reviews and the photos. The rooms, the lobby, the environment are different from the photos given. The breakfast is VERY BAD, plates & spoons are not clean, the OVEN is disgusting. Menu is boring, not much choice as all.

The location is a bit far but the amenities make up for it. Cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar and pool. Great customer service and delicious food. There is a shuttle to take you near more attractions to that is also a plus.

The swimming pool handrail is not stabil, my friend injured himself when got out of water, terrible safety issue. Moreover, they served used hotel slippers to guests without information, and even asked for us to pay after we requested new ones, big hygiene issue.

I really liked the room. It was spacious, clean, cosy, and definitely worth it. There’s a separate area to watch TV away from the beds, which is perfect for families. Breakfast was decent, and the rooftop pool and amenities were great too. The only downside is that it’s about 7–8 km away from the more happening areas in Bangkok. That said, if you prefer a quieter place to stay, this is ideal. There are also plenty of food stalls and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which makes things very convenient.

Oh... it's hard. The hotel is very aesthetic and the first impression is great. Very nice restaurant and bar. The room was equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes and an ironing board. Very comfortable bed. But unfortunately, I already know why there were no photos of the bathroom - it is very small, and the ceiling is probably at a height of 2.20m. And mold/dirty, dingy fugues... that shouldn't happen. Breakfasts are tasty, but not very rich - on the plus side, different dishes are served every day. Several imported products such as Parmesan or Pepperoni. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation at the bar, where we were ignored by the staff and the door was closed ahead of time. Honestly, I expected more. It's not a bad hotel, but I won't be going back in the future.
