Aunchaleena Grand Hotel

A big hotel near a night market and mosque. Lot of halal food around this area.

Location is good Room is big, clean and nice Just the bed is too hard, and the toilet shower water is smal

Late check-in. I understand that hotel have many guest due to a lot of event. But hotel need to prepare for check-in time. I didn’t receive towel, I must walk by myself to ask its.

I Think old hotel

It was a nice stay overall. The hotel has very strict rules about waiting all the guests at the lobby before 2 pm, no early check-in allowed and just sit and wait even if the rooms are ready.

I chose the Auchalina Grand Hotel because it's close to the Huamark Indoor Stadium, just a 15-minute walk away. The room was clean and quiet. All facilities worked properly. The manager and staff were very attentive and considerate. The hotel is conveniently located near the riverboat pier, making it easy to access Pratunam Market. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Very comfortable, large room with bathtub. Good service and friendly staff.

The hotel was not nice, the rooms old and things shabby and used, some felt not clean/filthy and the service was not good. I checked in later and the guy at the reception had my son pay again for the room, even though I had paid by credit card already. They gave him the money back when I sent them the proof that I have paid.It also was very noisy, guests trampling and making noise in the middle of the night in the corridors. . I really would not recommend the hotel, especially since it is called "Grand Hotel" there is nothing grand there. The pictures are most likely quite old from when the hotel still looked decent. They are misleading and I find it not honest at all, to trick us with good photos in such a place. l realize I should have taken pictures, but I was just wanting to get out!
