The location is not the most comfortable; it can be a long walk to the metro, but there is a free shuttle to the station at a scheduled time. At the same time, within walking distance you will have somewhere to eat, work over a cup of coffee or buy groceries. The rooms are well thought out, but very compact; most likely, it will be just right for singles. At the same time, the room has a balcony, kitchen, washing machine, table, living and sleeping areas. The staff was kind and helpful.

Rivapha Residence is a serviced apartment, price 1,000 baht per night, cool air, clean room, room facilities, amenities in the room, iron, microwave, kettle, cups, cups, 2 sets of each, refrigerator, 2 bottles of water. (Many TV channels will not be clear. Should improve) Convenient transportation near Samian Nari Temple Walk out of the alley, turn left, there is a restaurant. Nai Bai fish ball Noodle shop is delicious, there are many shops to choose from, near 7-11 as well, on the other side of the road, not far away. * Security, excellent service, large luggage delivery service We should have a little considerate to go back too 😊

They have microwave, fridge, TV inside the room also. Unfortunately that internet Wi-Fi not good. I have to put my laptop neatly the door to get a Wi-Fi

It seems that I am the first Ctrip user to write a review of this apartment. Let me talk about the shortcomings first: there is only one, in a quiet alley where the locals live, 1.8 kilometers away from BTS mo chit station and 1.5 kilometers away from ladprao station. It is indeed a bit far away. Bangkok is hot during the day and sweats easily on foot. Everything else is all advantages: the pictures are clean and tidy, and so is the reality! The 32m2 apartment is sunny and comfortable. Swimming and drinking beer in the swimming pool under the shadow of the trees during the day is cool! There are two main types of apartment residents, foreigners working in Bangkok and local white-collar workers (monthly rent is 16,000 baht plus utilities). The price is fair, the service is good, and the breakfast is simple and delicious. It is suitable for independent travelers who understand English. If you are traveling by renting a car or motorcycle, there are a lot of parking spaces, and the only drawback is not a problem.

The room is ok, but the staff should tell each other honestly that there is some noise. I have to apologize for this. But when an employee at the counter makes a bad face, pulls up her face, and then goesssips about customers, this is not good. (Standing in front of the elevator) I heard that. I'm really not okay with the people at the counter. Very bad. The service is terrible. This is for the employees at the counter. They speak really well, but I often see them not looking okay + talking badly about them.

I'm impressed every time I stay here. The room is good, the bed is soft and soul-sucking. There is a cafe at the school as well. The coffee is very delicious. The shop is cute.
