Taj MG Road Bengaluru

Airport transfer arrangement was a tedious task, with many emails forwarded interdepartment with me Cc'd inside. The transfer was superb, with a warm welcome and a comfortable ride, but do be prepared for bumpy, jammed roads during peak hour. The room was very comfortable. Smelled good, and the air conditioner was strong. The only issue is that the bed was too soft to my liking.

Had a wonderful stay, staffs are soo polite and helpful. Facilities could use bit of modern touch. There are complimentary tjings included in the stay, it would be better if the staff could explain them properly during checkout. I almost missed out going to the sauna/ steam room.

Very old hotel.  AC is poor.  ABF is nice.

Not keep the name and brand value . Horrible place to stay the price paid

Excellent service, all staff members are equally good. Breakfast was good.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box
