Disappointed by the cleanliness and status of the room (mattress,…) Breakfast is ok! Selected by Lemon Tree but far from its standards.

It has been amazing experience to live in keya hotels. Cleaning was superb, food quality was also excellent as well as arrangement of buffet also pleasant! The support staff co-friendly and supportive. Thanks to Mr. Akash, Ankita, Meena, Ambika, Kushal all are friendly. Thaks for made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The arrangement of room is one of the most beautiful arrangement I ever seen....! The luxurious comfort and Mouth-watering food we get in this hotel. One of the most memorable moment in this hotel is the Cricket tournament which is arranged by hotel staff itself , thank you so much for that. And special thanks to Susovan housekeeping incharge Akash from reception for entire service.

I have been coming to this hotel from time to time for two years because of the clean and neat place to stay in Bangalore electronic City. The hotel is maintaining excellent housekeeping and room service is excellent. Also I like hotel breakfast because it has more options and continental level buffet. I always recommend this hotel for foreign travellers Because you get a service worth more than what you pay for. Nishan from Sri Lanka.

Good service by Brijesh. Hotel staff was helpful. Price could be lower though. Hot water is always available, not sure about the quality though because my hair got rough after staying here. Bus stop is nearby and accessible which will save money

I stayed for a week in this hotel during my business trip and the variety of food was impressive during lunch dinner and breakfast. I had a very comfortable stay at Keys Hotel. The staff were polite and attentive, the food options were excellent, and Bijesh provided amazing service. Thank you!

Great service by the whole team, good management - they accommodated additional requests pleasantly. Housekeeping was good too, rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was good too, amazing breakfast and the platter had a lot of variety. Overall, loved the stay.

I have booked it for 10 days stay being a single lady they gave me room towards the end of corridor, no one picked my called and it take 40 min to deliver request in night, Restraunt has very limited menu, they give crockery and cutlery with oil stains on it, No matter what you tell them to do they have the first answer as Maam I will send a person in your room , and hence I have to repeat a request so many times, What’s wrong does this hotel not have good process or does they not fall under lemon tree. Highly disappointed Only one person at reception in night is little sensible and one girl in the Restraunt who serves me my meal is rest everyone is just clueless

Bijesh make rooms clean perfect and good. He is good guy & helpful. Bijesh always available for the help. He make rooms clean always. If anything required Bijesh make sure to provide on time. Don't need to remind him. Bed is clean, washroom clean, water and glasses available.TV is available
