•)the room was okay ac was in proper working condition.
•)but i had asked for tissue paper which the service person refused to give.
•) the bath towel which they gave to me was full of dirt and i had to ask room service for another bath towel and even that towel was dirty soo finally i had to use my own bath towel •) the blankets was also dirty.
•) there where cockroaches and 2-3 spiders inside room.

The property is located near a majestic circle. A convenient place to stay. The hotel staff are nice and good. The food in the restaurant is tasty and has all types of veg and nonveg food. Calm and nice place to stay for official and family trips to bengaluru.

Hi hotel vied is not comfortable and make my trip shown room is different and provided is different very small and ac also not cooling at reception manage said room number boy he said ac not cooling manager replied no problem give like that what is your view on this.

1. Servicing is not bad. 2. Mirror is not clean need to improve. 3. Ac is not working properly. 4. Tv channel not more is there. Specially kannada channel s nit there. 5. Shaver is not working properly. 6 fan is good 7 bed is good

Rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a good experience there. I was very happy. The staffs were also very well behaved.
