Freesia Bangphi Guest House

This is the worst place I've stayed in all my years visiting Thailand. I've stayed at similarly priced places before, and I've never seen a room with bugs and cockroaches like this one. I absolutely do not recommend staying here! It's about 25 kilometers from the airport, so if you're trying to catch a flight, you'd be much better off booking a hotel near the airport! I booked the room through Trip.com, and it wasn't even the cheapest option. When checking in, the front desk person was an old man – I'm not even sure if he was an official hotel staff member. I handed him my passport, and he didn't even look at it, saying he couldn't find my booking number. To be precise, he didn't even have a computer. Luckily, my friend is Thai and after a lot of communication, we finally managed to check in. There were so many mosquitoes in the room, and there was something that looked like a small centipede on the bed. In the bathroom, there was a huge cockroach. All the hotels I've stayed at in Thailand have been very clean, which made me think there were no cockroaches in Thailand! 😓😓😓

The room was decent for the price. It was spacious and about 18km from the airport, good for an overnight stay before a flight.

This is a budget-friendly place. It's located in the city center, but you have to walk a bit to get there. The AC works well and keeps the room cool. However, the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. I hope they can fix it.
