The location is very convenient and close to the airport, which is really nice. However, the quality of the room was disappointing. Many things were broken. The light next to the bed was broken, there was no switch, and it was not connected to the light above the bed. In the evening, the bedside area became extremely dark. The door lock was broken as well, and because the door could not close properly, I could hear a lot of noise coming from the swimming pool area (people talking and swimming). The toilet paper holder was broken, and the water tap moved in every direction. People from outside could also look into the room because the small viewing cover on the door was broken. I stayed in two different rooms, and unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the shower issue. The shower head constantly turned towards the wall automatically, making it impossible to shower normally. I always had to hold the shower head by hand. I also informed the receptionist that the red covers on the fire alarms should be removed, because you cannot guarantee the fire safety system is working properly. The covers would first need to melt before the alarm could function, which could waste valuable time in an emergency and put hotel guests at risk. The receptionist responded by saying: “I don’t care about that because it’s not my problem and not my safety and it's not mine hotel. If you want, I can give you another room. But all the rooms are the same, even the hallway.”

This place is highly recommended! ♡The location is closed to Suvarnabhumi Airport, so it's very convenient esp. after or before your flight. ♡Hotel Room is very cozy ♡Hotel staff/receptionist is very accommodating. ♡Buffet Breakfast is good and tasty. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

The reception people were very helpful and friendly. The fridge did not work when I reported they attended to it immediately. I just don't like the location of the pool.

The hotel is near airport. But the complimentary transport is only for drop off a d its before 11am only. Also there's nothing to do around hotel. Its just for transit. Taxi around 300thb. Breakfast is good, pool is extremely slippery be careful.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, though a bit out of the way. However, they offer a shuttle service to the airport, which makes getting there very quick.

Traveling with my mom, who is over 50, we chose this hotel as a layover since our flight landed in the early hours. After looking at many hotels, I picked this one mainly because there were no negative reviews about its cleanliness. The room was indeed clean and comparable to a 3-star chain hotel in China. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, and we had a very satisfying meal. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and to our surprise, the person checking us in at dawn even spoke Chinese! A bonus was the complimentary shuttle service to the airport!

This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my entire trip. I booked a Deluxe Room but was given a completely different, much lower-standard room. The condition was very poor: worn furniture, dirty surfaces, and an overall run-down, neglected atmosphere. The photos on the booking platform are extremely misleading – they do not reflect reality. Even worse was the experience at the reception. The staff member in the evening was unfriendly and dismissive. She spoke very fast and unclearly. When I politely asked her to repeat herself and explained that my English is limited, her behavior became mocking and disrespectful. Communication broke down completely and the situation became uncomfortable. I travel a lot and am used to different standards, but this was not about luxury – it was about basic respect, honesty, and receiving what was booked and paid for. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Review no pictures Location 5/5 if you need a quick in and out to and from the airport. Breakfast 3/5 very basic Room 3/5 Dated but alright Cleanliness1/5 no ma’am! Do better! There were stains on the sheet, very disgusting! Staff 5/5 this is the highlight! They’re very kid and helpful.
