### Hotel stay review
Staying at the hotel on September 19, 2024 was both a good and bad experience, which provided comfort and challenge at the same time.
**Problems encountered:**
1. **Staff service:** While we were sitting at the table downstairs, the staff was not ready to serve and sit at the table of the counter with 2 friends, making it inconvenient to check in for this stay.
2. **Room door problem:** When we could not enter the room, the staff helped to issue a new key, but still could not open it, so we had to wait for the technician to come and check, which took up to half an hour. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the door, so we had to consider moving rooms, but our luggage and laptop were still in the room.
3. **Bathroom water:** The water drains slowly and has low pressure, while the water heater still works well.
4. **Bathroom mirror:** The tilted mirror made us feel unsafe and could easily cause an accident.
5. **Contact:** There was no phone in the room, so when there was a problem, we had to go down to the Reception for help.
6. **Parking arrangement:** The parking is disorderly and there are large trucks parked, so entering and exiting must be done with extra caution.
**Suggestions:**
The receptionist should pay attention to the service in front of the guests. At the same time, the room entry and exit system should be checked faster. In addition, the parking arrangement should be considered for the convenience of guests in and out.
Although there are many problems, most of the staff are helpful and solve the problems with kindness. The housekeeper who came to clean is polite, cute and works efficiently.
