Great location, we always stay here when we visit banff. Very convenient.

Perfect location in Banff! Everything you need for a relaxing stay!

about 20 mins walk from downtown but Gas Station and A&W is right next to the motel. Nice coffee and tea in the room. Shower cubicle is a little small and the heater is a little noisy.

Good!! But I need to check in at the hotel across the street. The staff are very nice and even gave me bus tickets for Banff. The location is very convenient.

A slightly elevated motel experience. The hotel you check into makes you regret not staying there as it’s lovely but the Dorothy delivered against expectations

Hot pools were great, had some issues but the staff fixed them immediately. The motel is opposite the hotel with all the facilities. Would stay here next time!

Ample parking, rooms have been modernized. Great feature that you can make use of the hot pools of the Canoe hotel across the street. Bit at the edge of town, but you can get free bus tickets to go around Banff.

Tea and coffee are great. Hot pool is so beautiful and relax.

Easy check in and check out. Simply download their mobile app to receive a virtual key to your room, or check in in person at the Banff Caribou Hotel and Spa. When checking out, just dial "0" to the front desk, leave the card in the room and you're good to go :) The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free. In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online.

Great place. Clean and quiet. Little bit far from downtown. You have to check in at other hotel.

I was a little worried because it was a motel, but it was very clean and comfortable. The room was warm and suited Banff, and the bathroom was clean. I usually bring my own shampoo, but I tried this one, which seems to be a Rocky Mountain brand, and was surprised how well it worked on my hair! There were plenty of cups, but no cutlery, so people who eat in their rooms will need to bring their own.
