"We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻"

"Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. "Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service."

"We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok.."

"Modern architecture and style hotel with quite young and friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and fancy restaurant / bar next to it (high prices and small portions though). The hotel delivered well for the money, I found the bed and pillows very comfy 👍☺️ PS: One of the few hotels on our Java travel that had TVs that offered proper apps like YouTube and Netflix"

"We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel. "

"Feels like a comfy old hotel but the facilities is still great. Even thought i complaint about the bedlight flickering, the room service immediately change it with a new light bulb in minutes. The breakfast is also quite delicious and variable 👍. Overall, it's still a nice hotel although quite the age 😊."
