Feels like a comfy old hotel but the facilities is still great. Even thought i complaint about the bedlight flickering, the room service immediately change it with a new light bulb in minutes.
The breakfast is also quite delicious and variable 👍.
Overall, it's still a nice hotel although quite the age 😊.

The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is complete, the AC is cold, only the window view looks at the damaged building, in front of the room there is a swimming pool but the view is covered by a barrier, it would be better if there was no barrier

Very happy, all officers are friendly and ready to help. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast ok. The location is close to Bandung Indah Plaza and Riau Junction....Being one of the recommended hotels.

The location of the hotel is OK, the surrounding shopping malls and transportation are fairly convenient. The hotel’s breakfast is simple and the room facilities are okay. The front desk service was fairly welcoming, but it was a very low-level mistake to open a room with a guest to me.

very strategic location, close to BIP and Riau Junction. The room is okay, standard, clean, and smells good when you first enter. The receptionist staff is not communicative, the bellboy is very good and agile. The breakfast menu is less varied, but tolerable.
