Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

SENse of SAtisfaction 2 years ago during the 2020 pandemic we celebrated our anniversary at this hotel, for 2 years we also postponed the vacation with family, after our previous experience we intend to return to stay at the sensa Bandung hotel if the pandemic really ends with a longer time bringing our parents to visit. on vacation but at the beginning of the post-covid recovery we still have to be patient not to bring parents who are 75 years old and above until the condition is completely recovered, right on my 44th birthday (26 May 1978 - 2022) we vacationed alone to Bandung but more short, only 4 days 3 nights, because even before that we had to finish work in Jakarta first, usually I avoid the city of Bandung on holidays or weekends because it must be jammed and difficult to go anywhere plus the hotel in Bandung must be full, if previously we came when it was quiet this time We stayed at busy times, but Sensa Bandung still provided satisfactory service from the 3 hotels we stayed at (Santika Premier Hayamwuruk, Holiday Inn Suite Gajahmada and Sensa Bandung, we are very satisfied with Sensa Bandung's service) starting from the fast check-in/out process (all requests were fulfilled including the surprise in room 1016, unfortunately it's not an anniversary but my 44th birthday ), delicious traditional food that makes us want to come back here, bringing our parents on vacation here for a longer time, God willing... Once enter the hotel, the ambience made me comfort since all staff was friendly and helpful start from the security, concierge, and who handle the check in process named Ayu. The room was large with complete amenities, clean, and comfort. In the next day, all staff at resto was kind hearted and helpful as well. So, if I visit Bandung, definetely I will stay there. I forgot to bring my glasses and headset when checking out and they are gladly to deliver the stuff back to me. The location is also strategic. You can have a variety of food as there are a lot of restaurant from the small to the big one around the hotel.
