I am so satisfied with this hotel. 24-hour hot water, good English at the front desk, first class service. The spacious and clean family room gives a very comfortable stay. Figure 1 is a 700-meter shopping mall nearby, and the pedestrian street is too beautiful at night. There are also many places to eat around, not expensive. Figure 2 and Figure 3 are the rooms. I took photos very seriously, just to give the five stars a good rating.

last minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

Originally wanted to stay across the street which was Serela, but because the overbook (two of Serela and Traveloka) was forced to move to Green Batara. Unfortunately, there were still rooms in Green Batara. Unexpectedly, the room booked by Serela was a standard room with a large twin bed. Can fit for 4 people and quite large. Rather useless at that time because I only stayed alone. Honey, the interior (both the room and bathroom) is a bit old though the hotel is not too old. There is also a free WI-FI facility in the room with inconsistent signal quality. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The depth in the room is quite bad. When I was able to hear people talking from the next room through to the room at night. Fortunately the sound from outside did not pass into the room. Because no breakfast, there was no breakfast menu review. The hotel lobby is mixed with the waiting place for passengers who want to travel X-Trans. The consequences, the special seats in the lobby area are limited. It seems that it is not a serious problem, anyway, the passengers are not so much and do not bother the hotel guests. For those who are going to stay in Green Batara, it is best not to bring a car because the parking area is limited. Although the facilities tend to be limited, this hotel is enough for sleeping. More suitable for people who often go out.

I stayed for three days and I was able to explore Cihampelas during the day and enjoy the comfort of my room during the night. It was an enjoyable experience. For a solo traveler, the hotel has a great value for money. It's hard to find other properties with such a great location and value for money for a solo traveler. It has all the amenities you need, the staff was polite and efficient, and the breakfast was decent enough. However, If you're traveling with your family or with an entourage of more than three people, there are better properties nearby that could offer more value for money and more amenities with the same level of comfort.

Even though it is located next to Cihampelas street, the room does not feel noisy. The hotel offers spacious rooms, various amenities, and excellent services from the staffs. So I came here because I got a voucher. Heh. I went into the room and realized that the wall was a little tiny in my heart. breakfast only 4 menus + bread and cereal.. it feels very unfriendly.. fortunately there are bread and cereal that saved me.. the refills are on the rooftop.. which is especially although the morning will feel a little tired.. I'm not going back again.. *ps: Since everything is a bit shocking, somebody knocked next door... feels like knocking into their own room.
