Come to Bandung by train for first time. Interesting trip despite low speed. Choosing Ibis hotel as it located near meeting place, hotel is clean and comfortable although it is small. Breakfast is always crowded but variaties is good.

Overall our stay was good. The family really enjoyed it and the fact that it rain the whole weekend didn't ruin our trip as we spent most of our time in the mall and at tran studio.
Best high light was the kiddy pool.

The hotel is strategic to stay at bandung town..the food taste are okay..

I asked for non-smoking room but turned out to be waiting for 2 hr after check-in
No drinking water provided but can take from hallway
Towel was dirty as well as sofa
Too crowded and wait for elevator more than 10 min

Standard but so far never disappointed for the room. The service need to be improved. Sometimes slow response.

very strategic location near to mall and theme park. fast respond when check-in time. clean room but the linen needed to change with new one. good view from my room window i can seeing sunrise view also coz i have high floor room. not variatif menu when sahoor time. i hope there is improvement.
