First time staying at this hotel, coming home from rafting from Pangalengan, I deliberately ordered here because I was tired and wanted to soak in warm water, and the information on the DELUXE type application that we ordered had a bathtub... when checking in Ms. Ambar said that I ordered a "STANDARD" room type. and it doesn't have a bathtub huhuhu very disappointed, angry and annoyed, whatever with a standard room or suite but this really doesn't match the description they wrote... after a few minutes we were in the "STANDARD" room, Ms. Ambar called and apologized and upgraded our room to the one with a bathtub.. quite appreciative and with the recovery service, but if I may suggest the front office should take quicker steps before the customer feels disappointed, especially if the mistake is from the hotel 🙏 even though we ordered the most standard room, we don't expect upgrade, we just want our room facilities to match the description we read... thank you...
