"The airport pick-up and drop-off service is really great. The front desk team is helpful and informative too. The hotel's location is great. Breakfast spread is limited but enough, somehow the breakfast is always cold, even at 6.30am. Suggestion: room cleaning service is below expectation, not sure whether it's management order or what, my room was practically not touched yet claimed it's done. The bed was not made at all."

"The breakfast was excellent! Although not many many options, the restaurant changed the dishes everyday and I ate lots of different local dessert / snack and dishes during my stay. The location is good as there are many shops and restaurants near to the hotel. They don’t have in-house self service laundry, the laundry they provided is counted per item, but there are two coin laundry nearby. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful."
