"The view is splendid, beautiful, great for healing. However, the experience would be better if the room was cleaner. Don't get me wrong, it's clean, but the walls already have water spots at the ceiling and the room was quite dusty, maybe due to the sand blowing into the room I'm not sure, as our room is facing the sea. Also, it would be great if there is in-house laund,ry service especially for families with small children. The nearest self-laundry service is at Taman Bayu Damai. The wifi is also quite weak but you can try to find spots for better reception. Nevertheless, their staffs are very nice, friendly, and accommodating! Love them!"

"Good value resorts , you get good spread of breakfast and access to connecting beach, mini bird spot , mini water park to spend a good day. Biggest kudos and truly grateful to water park teams that helped me find my lost glasses at water park after 30min or more of searching , Honest reviews on the minus points 1. Facilities and amenities are not the best condition and design are outdated , aircon in the master room did not function well it was not cold at all so we had to rely on aircon from living (which is super cold) - I didn’t bother to call front desk as it was late when I realized. 2. Second room key stopped functioning in the morning of day we checked out, and still not functioned even after we had activated it at front desk . We waited 20min for maintenance guy to come and open the door for us 3. Lift maintenance without notice On check out day, nearest lift was put in maintenance without notice on each floor. we waited 10min for lift , finally opted to walk down stairs from 3rd floor with all of our luggage , then only we noticed maintenance work on going. 4. Food at Rhu Seafood is …. Below average. Not sure why it gets pretty decent reviews on trip an Google. Tried seafood tomyum, spring onion fish fillet, butter chicken and kangkung belacan , only butter chicken is still decent good. Chrysanthemum tea and Thai milk tea are horrible too.."

"Overall Good, With Room to Improve The hotel offered a pleasant stay with everything generally meeting expectations. The décor was acceptable and the rooms were maintained fairly well, though there is still room for improvement in overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Hospitality was courteous, but service could be more consistent to enhance guest experience. The biggest highlight is the excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. With a few upgrades in service and upkeep, this hotel has the potential to deliver an even better stay."

"I stayed at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The most important point for me is its location, which is very convenient as it is close to my husband’s workplace. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable and the facilities provided were average but sufficient for a comfortable stay. I also appreciate that the resort has a café, which made it easy for me to enjoy a nice cup of coffee without having to go far."

"We stayed here on the day of my son’s 4th birthday. We were told that our room would take an extra 30 minutes for birthday decorations, but we were taken aback that the towel decorations alone took 30 minutes to set up. We also requested connecting rooms, but since we had booked king rooms, they were unable to change one of our king rooms to a twin and told us to rebook. However, the rooms are big, spacious, and clean. They come with a sofa that can fit an adult to rest on. The pool and the small playground next to it were great for keeping our kids entertained. The breakfast spread was good, with a lot of choices. Location-wise, it is very good. There were supermarkets, plenty of food options (many outside the hotel), and even a laundromat."

"Overall ok for 1 night stay if you are looking for a decent place to sleep and shower. Room is quite clean. Some game facilities like table tennis, table pool, chess, carrom available for free. The main issue we had was the glass window in toilet lacking maintenance and became transparent. Management could have added laminate or paint over the glass."

"The hotel is old but well taken care. The check in and check out process needs to be improved, took too long. The breakfast charge is over priced. I paid Rm50.88 per meal for my 7 year old kid. And the breakfast varieties are very normal, very limited choices. The environment to eat is also very messy, people queue up for 10-15mins just to get the omelettes. Probably due to long holidays, it’s hard to find a table to sit down and eat. Shortage of workers to clean the table and to clean the room too. Our room only managed to be clean at 5pm. The room is clean, the staff are friendly to help. We enjoy the beach and the pool, the pool is very friendly for kids. The hotel also provides many other activities."

"Location almost deepest in desaru coast, next to water park, walking to beach 5mins, staff service is best quality, room all good and big enough with balcony except water leaking from the side window because heavy rain and changed to other room immediately, a bit noisy if not enjoying live band, restaurant nice price, not much kids facilities, and better for couples."

"The facilities were just okay. For a truly stunning sunrise, make sure to visit the beach early in the morning. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was nice and cold. However, the water pressure was a bit weak. Hand wash and dish soap were not provided in the room. Toiletries were limited to body soap and a toothbrush set. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and towels were available. Be aware that extra items will be charged for, unless they are replacements."
