The room is quite clean. The view is good, but the room is a bit dark. It might be suitable for sleeping. The mountain view is beautiful. It is not far from the Ratchaprapha Dam.

If you want to feel in the middle of the jungle and a quiet place, you will get it here, your hosts are friendly and willing to help, the facilities are quite basic, the place is cozy but for example, the shower that I had next to my room, which was shared, does not have one. hot water, it doesn't have air conditioning either, it has a fan that works well and for the time I went it was enough, but I think that in the middle of summer it would fall short. My main problem was with the company that organizes the tours that has an agreement with the hotel, it was a complete disaster called Happy Tour which was very little happy. I put a little in context: The boat did not work from the beginning, it stopped 4 times until we reached the first stop but since it was not raining nothing happened, we did half of the tour because of the storm and the very unprofessional guide stayed in the houseboats and did not return with the group leaving us with the captain who did not know English, the boat broke down in the middle of the lake with a very strong storm, we spent more than an hour and a half waiting for another boat, it became night and the boat was filling with water, we asked him Several times the captain asked for help but he did not do so until the power went out, finally we asked for help from a boat that was passing by and we returned with a headlight, very bad management, I do not recommend doing this tour with this company at all.

Too little space for 6 people. The bathroom has mold. Leaking toilet pipe In front of the room that says you can eat grilled pork, but there is no shelter from the rain. Eat in the rain. There are stray dogs that come and dig up the garbage to eat grilled pork, making loud noises at night. Because the hotel told us to leave the pan in front of the room where we eat. I didn't bring anything in because the room was very small and in fact my suitcase was already full. The entrance to the night school is quite dark and the road is not very good. Must have a car to enter. But the parking lot is dirt. There are a lot of black ants entering the car. Be careful of red ants on the floor. The real thing is not quite like the picture, but the view is beautiful. If you like beautiful views, like experiencing nature and tranquility. You can come.

Koh Sok lake WOW AMAZING BREATHTAKING SCENERY SUPER PLACE TO CHILLAXING 13th - 16th January 2025 We stayed at 360 ISSARA FLOATING RESORT, what a stunning location, this only opened late 2024, staff went above and beyond to deliver a great experience, food was amazing, only criticism was as a family of four our meals did not arrive at the same time so some had finished before some had started, swimming in the lake was nice and warm, we got to see Elephants, Eagles and Monkeys, this should be a must on anyones itinerary.’

Quiet isolated location met expectations. The price tag seemed justified considering the amenities provided. First and foremost, the air conditioning system was functional just, adding to the aircon challenges, the lack of insulation exacerbated the heat Television enthusiasts, beware! The TV signal was virtually non-existent, rendering any hopes of entertainment futile. For those seeking a digital detox, this might be a blessing in disguise, but for most, it's a disappointing setback. Moreover, the resort's remote location proved to be a logistical challenge. Situated far from civilization, guests are left dependent on their vehicles or taxis to venture anywhere beyond the confines of the property. Be aware a bus or van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok national park does not come near the property. Double check your bookings in and out and I would not recommend any tight time schedules to the airport. However, amidst these shortcomings, one saving grace was the kindness of the staff. Despite the challenges, the staff remained courteous and accommodating, striving to mitigate the shortcomings of the establishment. The staff arranged all my transport albeit a little haphazardly. In conclusion, while the remote resort boasts a serene ambiance and amiable staff, the isolation in transport terms would require a traveler with vehicle. It is 5km from the dam and daily boat tours on the extensive lake amid magnificent karysts. Warning do not swim in the lake it's heavily polluted with sewerage.

We stayed at the Belong Jim resort for 2 nights whilst visiting Khao Sok. The hotel has good facilities, with the rooms is various blocks, each having their own pool, so a degree of privacy.. The rooms are quite modern and very spacious, with large comfy bed, TV with good options from True TV, settee, an excellent fridge/mini bar, and a well equipped shower room. Downsides from the room were… no safety deposit box.. and the air conditioning took forever to cool the room down (probably due to its location, combined with gaps around the entrance door..). The bar/dining area is excellent, with a variety of seating selections.. Inside (with A/C), out in the terrace with spectacular views, or in the entertainment area where there was live music both nights. There’s also a pool table. Food menu was extensive, and what we had was very very good. A good drinks selection also, with Happy Hour on cocktails.. 2 for the price of 1.. All F&B was well priced, and definitely value for money. The breakfast was a touch on the basic side, not having a great deal of variety..which was a bit disappointing after the excellent food in the evening.. An egg station wouldn’t be too difficult to implement, and there were plenty of staff on hand, so utilising one of them for the 2 hour breakfast slot would be a massive positive to the breakfast. All in all, a very good hotel and a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel in the jungle: birds are singing around, there is a fish pond on the territory, dogs and a goose that will beg you for food at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. The room is clean, large bed. There are nets on the windows. There were no insects. The bathroom is located outside - there is a shower and a bath for two. Cheow Lan Lake is a 5-minute drive away. The hotel offers all-day excursions. A huge minus of the room (we booked the most budget option): One bungalow has two rooms. The partition between them is very thin. The neighbors could be heard as if they were talking to us. It's the same story in the bathroom. The second minus does not apply to the hotel: in the neighboring area across the river, music was playing very loudly until 23:00. - perhaps we were so unlucky.

I stayed at the Panvaree The Greenery during my study abroad trip and it was amazing! My 23 classmates and I took a boat ride to the hotel, where we were greeted with refreshing drinks. The lower level rooms have steps that lead right into the blue water. My group and I spent the day swimming in the water, floating on the water pads, and kayaking. I will say the water is very very warm. Later we look the most beautiful boat ride all around the area before stopping at another location for a sunset swim. In the morning we had a great breakfast and took another boat ride where we saw lots of monkeys! It was very cute! Just a warning the boats did break down on two separate occasions and we were stranded for a while till another boat came to pull us back. The wifi also did not work for us in the rooms, but it was honestly nice to unplug and enjoy nature. Also since you are staying at a floating resort you will feel the room rocking back and forth, just an fyi if you are sensitive to that. Overall this place is amazing and I highly recommend!!!
