In a quiet location not far away from city centre. Hotel is beautiful.

It was a good experience, but I’m not sure about it being a 4 star hotel.

Very well located near the center of Bamberg. Easily accessible and with a covered car parking. The room are spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices.

The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive to every request. It makes people feel very considerate. It is really worth the money. The room is elegant and warm, the layout is reasonable, the details show quality, the service is considerate, and the stay experience is excellent This hotel is as warm as home, every corner is impeccable, the waiters are polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful

The hotel is close to the tourist attractions, just over 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel has a noble and classical appearance, as if living in a palace. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, but there was no air conditioning or fan. Fortunately, the temperature was only 13 degrees at night when we stayed there, so we had a comfortable night. The breakfast was rich and varied, very satisfying. Parking fee is 18 Euro per day.

It's relatively close to the old town, but a bit far from the train station; the price-performance ratio is average.

房間挺大，乾淨，環境很好，步行數分鐘即可到達老城區，周邊有很多餐廳，尤其是煙燻啤酒令人難忘。

酒店像個宮殿，特別安靜，地理位置也不錯，出行非常方便，去周邊的旅遊景點走路都可以到達，有小威尼斯之稱。很少出差能找到這麼安靜的地兒，同事們對此都評價很高！下次希望帶小朋友一起來感受！

本身這個小城非常美，很有特色，很值得去。這個酒店很有歷史感，還原很美，就在河上面，走進老城幾分鐘，早餐很好。推薦的。如果開車每晚20歐。

酒店很美，看着像個老建築改的。訂的是最小的房間，確實略小，晚上很安靜。早餐不錯。酒店內的餐廳也能晚餐，坐在美麗的花園旁吃飯，很享受。 酒店在河邊，從老城沿河走過來，美景。
