GREAT service at front desk with quite good hospitality attitude. Being IHG Member, we were informed that a welcome pack(2-bottles 500ml water) was only for TOP-TIER member.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience while visiting Baltimore for her volleyball tournament. Every single employee we spoke with from valet to the front desk to the servers at the attached restaurant were AMAZING. They were friendly, accommodating, and engaging. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. We didn't venture out much since the sidewalks were covered in ice and it was below freeing outside but there seems to be plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby as well as a Whole Foods which I always appreciate. However, the attached restaurant served a delicious French-inspired menu for dinner and brunch the next day.

It was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

Tips are required for daily cleaning here. I gave them on the second day, but they left a lot of towels but didn't clean them. The breakfast is also very simple (only three varieties). If possible, it is more cost-effective to book a room without breakfast. Coffee is $5 per cup and has no taste. There is no water in the room (the front desk told me that there are empty bottles and I have to go to the floor where I live to get water (I went there but it was posted that the equipment was broken). Parking is not free and costs $50. This price is the standard price of a five-star hotel in China. I really stepped on a pit this time.

酒店位置是不錯房間設施也比較新，但有幾個問題，1）不知道為什麼按攜程上的照片訂的有陽台和內港景的房間到酒店後被前台告知沒有照片上的房間，衹能選擇要麼有景或有陽台沒景的房間，我們選擇了有景的房間，但實際入住後發現是酒店走道倒數第二的房間離電梯很遠，房間內海景被前面的樓擋了一些，2）停車場不能直接進酒店大廳，要自己拖着行李繞道街道進酒店，大約有200-300米左右。3）預訂1.8米的床實際是1.5米，4）房費2833元含早餐每人是加收50美金2人份共100美金的標準，但餐廳是點餐不是自助，價格也就每人含一飲料和一主餐，約25美金左右的標準，很不值，建議不要訂含早餐的價格，到店早餐自點就好。
