I am there for the fourth time, first time by the application. I have always had good experiences there, so when I go to Camborío Banner I prioritize the Sibara hotel. But in that stay it was all wrong, starting with the room, we bought a couple and put us in one with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would assemble the beds to stay in a couple, we would not accept pq would be a division in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us in another room! I had a request for a body trailer to our room, I was not answered. In this new room, there was no hot water, the sanitary vessel was not discharged, it was just perreng! These situations have made me reflect and now when I need to go to the bathroom again, I will check out other hotels.

I found the hotel and the sensational place ...

The hotel is well located (1 block from beach and lot of restaurants and stores walking distance), but the hotel is old and the installations are not functional. Examples: the air condition and elevator, both of them not supporting summer time demand. The breakfast is good, variable and tasty things. Parking lot is one block distance, having some impact if you are planning to use your car regularly. In general, I personally do not recommend this hotel.

In addition, clean hotel, good room, clean bed clothes. It wasn't something that disturbed us, because we left the hotel almost at the check-out time, it was just a suggestion to the manager, and the staff were cleaning the carpets from the floor with a extremely noisy dust aspirator. I believe that the other guests may have been disturbed, so I suggest you look at the schedules for this service, or buy a more silent powder aspirator.

Boa localização e café da manhã, mas não dei sorte no quarto, onde o ar condicionado não funcionava, porta travava onde demorava pra abrir e porta do banheiro sem tranca, de resto tudo certo.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.
