Quarto com acústica muito ruim. Além de escutar o barulho da rua, era possível escutar o hóspede do apartamento de cima com uma criança que pulava muito e arrastava a cadeira e quando feita a reclamação para a recepção disseram que teríamos que aceitar a perturbação até às 22h, conforme a lei do silêncio. Hotel muito cheio, os dois elevadores não eram suficientes para atender a demanda e tivemos que descer com as malas pelas escadas depois de muito tempo esperando o elevador. Alguns funcionários não tinham empatia e preocupação com o hóspede. A parada para embarque e desembarque não é nada prática e quando chegamos não havia lugar para estacionar o carro, além da garagem ficar em outra quadra. Resumindo, foi frustrante.
