I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the level of cleanliness was excellent.
The facilities are good; I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was good. The gym is a bit outdated—it's just not the best if you're looking for a workout, as the treadmill and stationary bike aren't great.
Location-wise, the hotel isn't in the best spot and is quite far from the main attractions. That said, there are places to eat in the vicinity, and it's very easy to order a car. It's also conveniently close to the airport.
I would recommend people to stay here if you want to be close to the airport or just want to stay over for one or two nights and don't mind traveling and traffic. It's a good hotel.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. There was a bellboy to help with luggage to the room, but the resort has so many rooms that ours was far from the elevator, which was a bit of a trek.
There's a cute little shuttle bus to the airport every hour on the dot, no reservation needed, and it takes about 10 minutes.
However, the pool is really shallow, which was a definite downside. It was easy to hit your feet, and there were no towels or shower areas after swimming…
The gym doesn't have many amenities either.

This is an excellent hotel located inside Kuta Beachwalk Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to Kuta Beach, and Waterbom Waterpark is just over 1km away, so walking there and back is no problem at all. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting you with a smile as you come and go. The lobby has a kids' play area with tablets and games, which my child absolutely loved. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!
There are 2 hotels around this neighbourhood that Ive tried. Harris and Aston.
I must say Harris offers a much better experience.
The staffs are equally friendly and very polite as many of the locals are.
It is the environment of the hotel that stands out. It is bright, spacious and vibrant that resonates to make you feel energetic and you dont feel these eerie feelings when you stay there.
I have frequented this hotel for every time I was in Bali but had tried Aston a couple of times and I have decided that it is much better to stay at Harris the next time around.
Car parking is also much easier. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM and there is a small warung that sells very good nasi goreng near the traffic light.
See you again, soon.

HARRIS Hotel Seminyak has a very convenient location, close to many popular spots in Seminyak like cafés, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It’s easy to get around, and you don’t really need to travel far to find good food or places to hang out.
The room is fairly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is good, and the room feels well maintained. Amenities are complete and cover everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast is quite varied and enjoyable, although not as extensive as HARRIS hotels in Jakarta or other big cities. Still, there are enough options to start the day well.
Overall, this hotel offers a solid and reliable stay. It’s not super luxurious, but it’s comfortable, clean, and good value for money. A great option if you want a hassle free stay in Seminyak.

It’s a nice hotel but at the price I’m paying (Rp 2.7million per night), it was not good value for money. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, but rather a modern serviced apartment vibe.
Pros:
- Location, right beside the mall and 8mins walk to the beach
- Modern amenities
- Spacious room, equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, drinking water dispenser and induction stove
Cons:
- Not the cleanest and tidiest housekeeping
- Very tiny gym with only one treadmill that doesn’t work
- Unguarded pool that will require you to whatsapp and wait for towel
- Toilet door that cannot be locked from inside. The security has to be called in via whatsapp to install manual key and it will be recorded down
- Unfriendly staff, very unlike typical Bali’s service. I had especially bad experience with the receptionist Esty. When I first came to the hotel, she needed to tap me through the door - and when I said I was checking in, instead of ushering me to sit down first, she held me at the door standing questioning if I got the right hotel and what was the reservation name. She also threw the pen to the paper that I needed to sign. In the room, she told me that there are 4 sets of plates in case there is discrepancy when I check out - for a 5 star hotel, I think it’s not professional to insinuate that I may take one or two plates.
It was nice stay but I personally will not be back.

This hotel is perfect for a solo female traveler who isn't really into Ubud. It's incredibly clean. Breakfast is an à la carte buffet. The pool is small, so it might not be enough if you're looking to do serious laps, but on the upside, the gazebos are always free. You can spend your vacation lounging there with a book or your phone, listening to the water and the breeze. ICON Mall, local spas, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Seminyak and Kuta are about 1500 yen by taxi.
