Reception team at front desk Satria , Novan, Kwanji and Ari couldn’t be more helpful,nothing was a problem and if they didn’t know they would check and get back to you. Wayan who heads maintenance was extremely helpful. I pointed out a few issues at the villa and were rectified immediately with a smile. I was also amazed with the lack of mosquitoes at this property also the air conditioning was excellent in both the bedroom and lounge room. All the staff throughout the villas with smiles and are very happy with good mornings,afternoons and evenings from all off them. The location is excellent a little driveway off busy Jalan Kerobokan and extremely quiet.Excellent amenities around these villas with a coffee shop and convenience stores literally at the top of the driveway. Less than a 5 minute walk to Jalan Petitenget which is lined with restaurants and bars. We arranged airport pick up with the villas I highly recommend this as our guide helped us through immigration and customs so easily. I have been travelling to Bali since 1985 and have never experienced this before. I have a friend going to Bali who is staying there after my recommendation. I very minor issue was the shower water pressure and I mentioned this to Wayan he said they were in the process of some renovations and upgrading and they would be getting better water pressure. Thank you for making this a very pleasurable trip after such a long time away from Bali Parris

Pros - room was spacious. Clean. Kitchen was clean. A few sodas, chips, and chocolate on the mini bar was free. Bottled Water was replaced everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very courteous too. Pool was good. Very relaxing, private area you can enjoy. The floating breakfast is good for photos ;) Good restaurants were within walking distance. The place was quiet, secluded, without being isolated. Agung - the manager - was very helpful. His recommendations for where to eat were spot on. Also he made himself available even if his duty ended. Cons - our bathroom smelled awful. Seems there was something wrong with the toilet, they tried to fix it but it still smelled. Seems housekeeping stops at 5pm. But it may be due to the season, not sure if they have longer hours on peak season.

The most cost-effective hotel I stayed in. The breakfast was great, except that the bath towels were a bit dark after being washed. Everything else was very satisfying! I hope the bath towels can be washed separately from the others. The bed sheets are also dark🤣 and should be bleached! I hope to add this feature and come back next time😆

Good experience stayed in Villa with private pool. Informed hotel on the occasion and the hotel staff put effort to give a birthday wording on mattress and a slice of birthday cake. Said private pool open at 7am, however we need to made a call to receptionist to remind him to turning on the pool’s pump. Ordered in room dining, and mess up the order. Simple breakfast included.

Staff is really friendly and respectful. The location is in the main road so you won't be able to enjoy anything in a walking distance however all beaches are 5km away from the location. You can enjoy by renting a scooter from nearby areas. I enjoyed dining at the hotel, they have local and western cuisines. Swimming pool may cost you extra buck if you want to swim. I stay with Aston properties before and I enjoy their service, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for affordable yet good service hotels in Bali.

The hotel by itself and the territory are amazing. It is very quiet place to stay. Either you want to come alone or with your friends both okay. It has 2 swimming pools where guests can spend time. It is located 10 min by car from ubud but the hotel gives you free transfer to the city center. The stuff there is very kind and professional. They showed us everything around. Breakfast is okay. Actually they could improve that part. We choose American breakfast which includes eggs, bacon, tomato, toasts with butter and jam ,croissant and a small snack plus coffee and juice. I would say that’s the best option to choose. The only problem is WiFi. Network was disgusting, some apps didn’t work at all. The stuff said they had some problems that day, but we stayed there for 4 days and situation hasn’t changed. On reception WiFi works great. I would recommend this hotel because of the nature around, beautiful views, and the ambience there.

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

Definitely not kinda a hotel i wanted. I was just interested on the discount price in Agoda. But it turned to, i believe, ”real price” . The room is actually quite okay, but stains on the couch, moldy shower room, moldy shower, not so smart TV and the gym is not a gym! It's just a room with treadmill and a stationary bike. They don't have proper dumbells. They only have 0,5 kgs to 1 kg home dumbells. The treadmill is full of sweats like no one's cleaning it, and the kettler dumbells are so dusty ! The swimming pool is more to be hang out place or dipping pool instead of calling it swimming pool. The parking lot is very smal and dirty, so sometimes they put our car to some other field outside of the hotel. The towels and bed sheets look old but still clean. They only have 2 lifts and those are dirty. The good thing is they give enough amenities such as tooth brushes and hair cap, they have hairdryer in the bath room and free water bottles and coffee and tea every day. Just becareful and so called ”discounts” on travelling app, because it might be their ”normal price” , if you know what i mean.
