Overall hotel looks good, the place is strategic. Nearby a lot of restaurants and there is a mall call Discovery Mall within 5mins walk

The hygiene was excellent, and it was very soundproof and quiet. The environment was great too. The pool was right downstairs, and the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, full marks!

A very beautiful hotel with cultural design of balinese. Good service & very near to the kuta beach & shops. I will repeat soon to stay here & very recommended.

My booked room was under renovation, so the owner upgraded me to a suite. The hotel environment is top-notch, with lush greenery that gives it a distinct Southeast Asian feel. There are even fearless little squirrels, creating a very harmonious atmosphere. The hotel's location is also great, close to Kuta Art Market and not far from the mall. They also gave me a 15% discount voucher to use at the restaurant. It would be even more perfect if the bathroom facilities were updated.

Good hotel but for the price the wuality was just ok. I think overpriced for what you get

Such a nice place to stay for a holiday. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very kind. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again.

We stayed for 4 days in room 747. Our room was a Family room overlooking the street with small balcony. We could not fault the location. The hotel is situated right around the corner within walking distance to all the shopping you need. The beach was five minutes walk away. The pool was covered in sunshine from morning until late afternoon, perfect for a dip and a refreshment at the bar after a day of exploring. Breakfast offered many foods to cater for everyone's taste with eggs cooked to order. We took half board. Either Lunch/Dinner. The food is delicious, however the half board is wasted because the menu for 3 course meal is same all the days. No change. Abit disappointed. Suggest the restaurant should consider different type menu each different days. The staff were phenomenal, no task was too hard or too easy. We were greated with a smile each and every day by everyone we came in contact with. Thank you making our first time and stay in Bali so special. We will definitely be back!

Firstly reception front desk and manager were extremely helpful and patient with our booking Our room was was authentic older style Balinese it was huge. The bed and pillows are the best we have had Fantastic Breakfast was good. Coffee was disappointing The machine wasn’t up to scratch Pool was good Surrounding paths and garden was a bit messy The location was in the heart of everything Busy Overall good value for money. I have to say one really negative They put white covers on the pool lounges and when people leave they are left wet and stained by lotion which is really grotty

Everything was great, Central location in kuta close to everything, 10mins walking distance to discovery mall and around 20mins to beachwalk plaza also 5mins walk to kuta Beach, room big and clean ,friendly staff and delicious breakfast

What an amazing stay at Ramayana. Their hospitality was out of this world. Staff were beyond friendly and polite. They have so much respect for their guests. Our room was right above the italian restaurant and we couldn’t hear a thing in our bedroom. No noise from the streets either. It felt like we were not staying in the hustle bustle of Kuta. Lots of shops and eateries around the area. Its just so convenient! We will surely return

Everything was good

terrible experience at the Ramayna Suites and Resort. It sounds incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to have to deal with four room changes over a five-night stay, along with significant issues like: Damage and dirty conditions in the rooms. A broken shower faucet that failed during the night. A really strong, unbearable smell coming from the toilets. Excessive noise from rooms located next to the road.
