The Maja Kuta

Win at a location near Dr. Kuta. But the hotel facilities are not recommended. I've been informed by wa if I request a room with a pool view from far away, but the request isn't recorded because it's made for direct check-in/booking. It's so strange everywhere the first one who requests/checks in is the one who comes first. Got a room on the 3rd floor which was dirty, the floor was dirty, the floor was dirty, the corners were dusty, the curtains in the room were torn, the bathroom was flooded but I didn't understand what was leaking, a lot of furniture was porous, the balcony door didn't have a lock so it couldn't lock the balcony, and the wifi didn't arrive either to the room can only be in the lobby / lt 1 only. Amenities can only get a toothbrush and soap. Can't get hotel slippers. The hotel feels like it's like a homestay wkwk It's the same if you don't request that the room be cleaned here, it won't be cleaned, the towels aren't replaced, and you don't get water and coffee or tea anymore. The swimming pool is dirty, when I want to use it, it is sprinkled with chlorine. When asked why it's now chlorine, the answer is "because no one has ever used it" it's funny, really weird. Oh yeah, there's no telephone line too, so if you need anything, you have to go down to the receptionist. No more staying here, give up. The difference from the photos and Instagram posts is not as expected. No wonder many give a low rating.
