Quiet and private this place is a gem. Conviently located near to local attractions and great restaurants. Motorbike hire available Shop with alcohol, massage and great place for breakfast within a few steps.

Five star (*****) hotel all around. Very nice people, the card you get reminded me of the Ritz-Carlton at Watertower place in Chicago. Super comfortable beds so we slept well every night. Not a long walk from Mushroom Bay restaurante. Some things to remember, bring an adapter for your electronics. I can’t say much about breakfast since we don’t usually eat breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely place. Friendly people, nice pool and garden. It's at the back end of the property and surrounded by a fence so it's quieter than other places on the road. Restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the beach and the devil's tears. Good massage and motor bikes available so you can see the test of the island. Villas have a porch and are fine. Not a luxury hotel but super value for the money and a great home base to explore from.

I could not have been happier with my stay at The Niti's Hut! The staff were so lovely, greeting me each day and they always had a smile on their faces. The pool was my personal oasis, I could have stayed in there for days on end. Dream Beach is just a 3 minute walk away and the sunset at Devil Tears is one I will never forget. I'll be rushing back to stay here!

The owner is very enthusiastic. He will clean up the hotel every time he leaves. Breakfast is charged separately for 75,000 Indonesian rupiah. The house is built in a log cabin. It is very cost-effective.

High value for money. There are 9 cabins in total. The garden is pretty good. I didn’t order breakfast. I don’t know how it is. It costs 200 oceans a night, not including breakfast. If you are looking for value for money, you can choose

Please go to the Niti huts.they are in an amazing location ..5 mins walk to dream beach and devils tears. Little shop opposite and enough eating places close by if you don’t want a scooter, The huts are amazing and family run. It is such a welcoming place and great value. We spent 5 nights there but I wished we had longer. We got our scooter from there and also a snorkeling trip,nothing is too much trouble Thanks for a wonderful review

We stayed here as a family in 2 huts for 6 nights. It's absolutely beautiful. The huts are spacious and spotlessly clean. They tidy the rooms every day and have a turn down service in the evening where they make the room ready for bed. The pool area is really relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and a great choice. The staff are just amazing too. So friendly and helpful. There's a small shop just acroaa the road, a massage place just outside the gates and lots of restaurants nearby.

Since about one year some germain family stays there. All day they are yelling, sometimes untill late. My kids were sick and needed to sleep. That’s impossible. I spoke to the owner about it. It did not work, so guys if you want to party all night, go there. The owner does not care. The night after I spoke to the owner U told these Germains to be quiet. Instead of being quiet the started to trow sones on the roof of my hut. How childish. It serms lije this asocial family does not go away soon, so be aweare. If you have good earplugs or want to shout every night, go there. If you visite to get sone rest or oarty in a bar. This is certainly not the place to go.

Great little boutique hotel. Tedek and her hubby are fantastic hosts and go out of their way to help with excursions & choice of restaurants .We had a wonderful stay in very comfortable wooden huts. The spa on premises is so reasonable @ only 130 rupees/Hour.Great massage & Pedis for my wife & I. Only negative we had was that the western breakfast failed in every area of quality & quantity. The juices were always watered down and fruit selection was minimal & mostly tasteless. We chose the plated Indonesian breakfast on our last day & that’s fantastic. We unfortunately had to cut our stay from 7 days to 5 days,but was still expected to pay for full term. ,even though it was family crisis. Once again Nitti Huts is a Great choice.with a fab pool ,especially in light of no views ,but walking distance to Dream beach,which it really isn’t for swimming However let Tedek organise a day out snorkelling with manta rays .Of the best coral reefs I’ve ever seen.

The Niti Huts was a wonderful place to stay on Nusa Lembongan. The room/hut was spacious and clean. Fresh drinking water delivered to us daily along with a bed making/ cleaning service in the midday and a bed set-up service before bedtime. These services were just part of the way the staff showed how much they care for every guest. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and were very private for being outside bathrooms. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Motorbike rental and tourist trips, like snorkeling, were available at an extra charge. The pool was clean and had comfortable chairs to lounge in. This resort was truly just five minutes walking from dream beach and devils tear. The only reason this place didn’t get 5 starts was that the wifi in the room was insufficient to load anything. That said the wifi in the breakfast area was strong and adequate. We would stay here again!

Hele gezellig frisse huisjes in een tropische tuin , het personeel is enorm aardig en behulpzaam . Alles is fris wit en schoon. Je kamer en terrasje wordt twee keer per dag schoongemaakt. Comfortabel bed . Alles kan geregeld worden scooterhuur . Boot tocht massage etc.
