Everything is really good just that forget about anything complementary for any occasion without paying for it. Staff is amazing, location too but they will not drop you even 500 meters from outside your hotel for anything when they can by their shuttle. But they will call you a paid taxi:-)

Environment: The overall environment is very weird, not popular, there is no light in the whole villa, and I dare not go out at night; the picture does not match the real thing, the room is dark and damp, the garden view villa I chose is not like the store's photos with four glass windows, we live There is only one sliding door that is transparent. Feel cheated.
Facilities: The facilities are old and there is no TV; the sheets and quilts are dirty, they look gray, and there are marks of various liquids.
Hygiene: Except for the dirty quilt, everything else is average.
Service: The service attitude is good, but the breakfast is not good, the noodles are hard and salty.
I don’t know if the style of the villa is Zen or what. The entire area is very large, so it takes a long time to walk from the hotel to the reception desk. There are too many steps, and the walk is very tiring. It is not recommended for young couples to live here.

We stayed at the Santi Mandala Villa and Spa in December 2023 and really didn't want to leave. We stayed here for 4 days and had the best time. The hotel is a little slice of paradise, so quite and peaceful. The staff are amazing and friendly, we had a Sungle room Villa and it was beautiful and private. Thank you to the staff for helping make our stay so memorable.

We had a wonderful experience . Met staff Ayu during breakfast at the restaurant. Everyday she would checked with us how was our stay. Her hospitiality was awesome. Apart from that the hotel needs to look into the amenties inside the rooms. Seemed like some mattress need a change and fix / replace for some items.
