Good location and great hospitality. Pool is pristine and calm the heat down.

Location, Friendly smiling staff, Swimming pools were all excellent. 10/10. Excellent. Minor irritations were: Towels were rather threadbare and old. Definitely not up to usual hotel standards. Soundproofing seemed to be next to zero. Chairs in the room are VERY heavy, so were aware whenever any other guests moved (dragged) the chair, everyone else in the building was aware of it. Even talking in a normal voice in the next room was ridiculously loud & could almost hear every word. If you want to watch a movie or TV, I suggest you download and bring your own on a tablet as the (small) TV only had local TV Channels of which there were a few English language channels, mainly showing old movies (20 years +), and American TV shows which I remember watching when I was a kid......50 years ago!!! I would definitely stay again, but would next time stay in one of their larger suite rooms where hopefully things are slightly better.

The staff are super attentive and friendly which made our stay enjoyable! The environment is lovely, clean, lush, and surrounded by nature. Such a relaxing place to stay!

Great location however the property is on undulating ground with steep slopes and lots of steps (not great for older knees). I was also surprised that they were very inflexible with late checkout given we had stayed for four days and were checking out on a Sunday.

Breakfast was fresh and varied, with both Western and Indonesian options, served in a tranquil open-air setting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property—from the curated art pieces to the thoughtful landscaping that creates a sense of calm and privacy. In short, The Artini Dijiwa is more than just a hotel—it’s a place where you feel cared for, where time slows down, and where every corner invites reflection. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a touch of quiet luxury in Ubud.

The best, and most beautiful, hotel in Ubud. The location is fantastic; you can walk to the market. The staff are very helpful. We especially loved the reception team...

Surroundings were beautiful as you could see the rice fields, many wonderful eateries nearby this hotel too! Breakfast was super delicious and staff here are all super friendly and nice!!

Very good location, perfect environment and nature. Helpful staff, good breakfast. But the area is full of mosquitoes and the rooms as well.
