Overrated hotel. Access to the higher rooms is very dangerous for older people and small children. The stairs do not have any side protection nor hand rail. Families with small children should avoid this place. The upper pool area does not have any protection from falling 3 mtrs. down on the concrete or at best in the lower pool. We booked 5 nights but left after two. Despite complaints via *********** the hotel is not even willing to start a discussion how these things can be improved. Changing the stairs into steps with standardized heights and providing protection and hand rails would not cost a fortune but improve things considerably. The same applies for the upper pool area.

Great villa with pool, would absolutely recommend. Quiet but centrally located. Breakfast is sufficient, staff are lovely, gardens are stunning. The villa itself is well thought through, spacious, large pool, outdoor kitchen, beautiful bathroom. The fitness centre needs some work and at least a fan. Villa could do with robes/slippers, but these are not deal breakers. Would definitely stay again and better than our 5 star accommodation in Canggu.

Arriving here and after seeing all the reviews and pictures we were left very disappointed. We were out in a “family” room The filth and mold were unbearable. We could not stay here as I started to have an asthma attack. The mold was terrible, the bedding musty and dusty toe curtain stained and dirty. Nothing like the pictures and not what we were expecting. Make sure you’re not In This room if you book Checked out within 3 hours of checkin and no remorse or care given from the owners. They only refunded half our stay

The positives.. A fab find! It is really close to Ubud centre (a 10 minute walk). The room was spacious and had a gorgeous balcony that overlooked the children's pool. We had breakfast on one morning (the others we had tours early!!) The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection. We had massages at the spa that were good value and super easy to organise! The hotel organised our taxi to and from the airport which was really useful. There is a drinking water dispenser in rooms which was very useful and meant we didn't have to constantly pay for water. A few issues... At times, it was very tricky to find the staff on reception but once we found a gardener they were able to locate them for us. The hotel is having construction work done to build new rooms by the pool. I'm sure these rooms will be lovely but it was pretty noisy to lie by the pool and relax. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and is mostly peaceful, however on 2 nights we could hear really loud music which did impact our sleep. Overall... We would happily stay here again!

This resort is among the best in central ubud. Close to ubud market, cafes, yoga centre ie Radiantlyalive. We stayed in the deluxe twin room with poster beds. AC and wifi are working good. Complete with bathtub and veranda facing the emaculate garden. It has a hot and cold water dispenser which is rare in ubud hotel room. The two pools are awesome. Love the breakfast at it serves quality wholemeal bread. Parking space is available. The lady owner and staff are very friendly and will serve you with great smiles. Definitely a villa with bali character!

We had a fantastic stay, the staff were just amazing! Perfect location to explore Ubud on foot, beautiful garden and pool area. We absolutely loved it! All the staff were so lovely and helpful! Thank you so much for having us, we will be back.

Had an excellent stay here over the New Year period and cannot recommend highly enough. The accomodation was beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The gardens are immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the spa and had lovely facials and massages. Of significance for us during our stay, my friend had a medical emergency and the staff took us to a medical centre immediately, waited with us and ensured that we got the care needed. I cannot recommend or thank them enough.

A good place to feel the nature, but not so far from the crowd. The villa brings you back to a country concept with a touch local Balinese. This place just try to rebounce from pandemi, so the staff still less, but they try their best to serve you. Come, help them to stay in here, bring Ubud and Bali live again.
