At over 400 a night, the only thing going for it is the location. They brand themselves as 5-star, but the environment is more like a 4-star. The hotel is very old and noisy, with buses constantly coming and going. The most ridiculous thing was when I, as a guest, went to the front desk to ask for water, and they told me they only provide drinks during check-in... I definitely won't be staying here again.

This garden-style hotel is a large estate, conveniently located with easy access to shopping. It offers good parking, is safe, and boasts a beautiful environment with comprehensive facilities. The breakfast is abundant, and there's a large swimming area. The hotel also has direct access to the beach, perfect for watching the sunset.

The room was inexplicably damp; there was condensation on the floor, walls, and mirror, and the bedding felt wet. On the upside, the hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes from different regions. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the garden was beautiful. It also has direct access to the beach, which is a shame because the beach itself was full of rubbish.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. The location is superb, and breakfast is pretty good too. The only minor downside is the hotel's beach; there's construction, the sand isn't very clean, and there are a lot of small rocks. However, this doesn't detract from the hotel's large swimming pool and the beautiful, lush views of the Indian Ocean.

This is an older 5-star resort with extensive, well-maintained gardens. The staff are very polite, and the rooms are clean. However, the bedding is a bit old and looks gray. Also, there are two large pipes on the beach outside, and you have to step over them to get to the sand. I'm not sure if they're temporary, but if they stay there permanently, it's really frustrating and really detracts from the hotel experience. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety of options. I would still consider staying here again on my next visit.

Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: A hotel with great value for money, featuring a large garden. Service: Plenty of staff; the corridors were quickly wiped dry after the rain. Compared to other 5-star hotels, this one is truly top-notch in terms of both size and service. A genuine 5-star experience.

Just 3 kilometers from the airport and close to Kuta Beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being so close to the airport, it's surprisingly quiet with no airplane noise, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep. The food is decent, with a good variety. I recommend staying here; it's budget-friendly and even has a kids' pool. Thumbs up!

The resort environment is beautiful, and its proximity to both the city and the airport makes getting around very convenient. However, the rooms are a bit dated, and I hope they can be improved.

The rooms meet the standards of an established five-star hotel, with complete facilities and high-quality staff. The hotel's garden, pool, and restaurant are all excellent. You can see the legacy of exceptional hotel management in every aspect of this property.

In a quieter part of kuta beach but yet close enough to good food and shopping. Breakfast is good. Room rates are reasonable. Large pool with a bar. Private beach

This isn’t my first time stay in Bintang Bali, had been many times everytime I came to Bali. IMHO, this is one of my top hotel to stay with when I was in Kuta area. Location is strategic, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and the staff also very helpful. We arrived 2 hours earlier and the receptionist tried her best to accomodate earlier checked in. Highly recommended.
