I only stayed for one night because I had a connecting flight and it was perfect for a short stay. I had the poolside room on the ground floor which was very convenient. So close to the airport, delicious breakfast buffet, and front desk staff were helpful. Good vibe even though it is a larger hotel. Lots of security.

Overall its a convenient location and short walk to all the places & mall even Kuta Beach. Service also acceptable and kudos to friendly Front Desk Team especially Grayanti & Eka and others associates in hotel. Food wise taste good & price also acceptable
Happy with the stay & look forward the return in future 🤠

Terrible cleanliness for a hotel standard. Toilet and room both have drain flies. The room smelled too, when feedback to staff, they sent us some guys to spray fresheners and that’s it. Corridor has lizards crawling around. As for service, tried to ask for ice buckets and the staff said no such service. That said, breakfast is cheap tho I didn’t get to eat, this not commenting on the quality and portion. Location are fantastic, near a mall and relatively near airport

Great spot very close to the airport. The staff are extremely friendly and the pool is incredible! Breakfast buffet also has many options and variety each day. The only negative would be that the aircon was a bit slow to get going, but it got going eventually. overall this is a really great find.

The hotel quite near to the airport,around 15min by GrabCar. We arrived quite early at the hotel and they have luggage storage,so we can roam Kuta before check in around 12PM. The staffs very friendly and helpful and the food was very nice. We ordered afew times to our room and the sercive quite good. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed our 3nights here.
