The swimming pool was the best think at this hotel give 5 star the room are large but the bathroon can usa a better cleaning the wood need to be polish the mirror can stand a cleaningall the way to the top the TV have 8 station but most the time only 3 work the internet was good the breakfast can use overroll with different dish like cold cereal waffel pancake and change fruit the island have many kind the resturant have good menù but the close at 6 maybe they can take reservetion most people love Italian food the yard was beautiful clean personal was nice and very helpfull my personal dont put wood cabinet where water run use tile a last longer easy to clean the overrollstay was nice if they can fix some of problems they can be 4star

The Pool is really really dirty. They put the pumps on for an hour but then turn them off. The pool is slippery from all the dirt. When you have breakfast and you look at the pool you can see the dirt. When I got home I had a rash on my arm and the dr said it’s poverty from a dirty pool. The sunbathing area is also really dirty. Floor is sticky. I spilt a soda on my first day and it was still on the floor sucky with ants and flys 10 days later. A lot of staff standing around but no one cleaning. Lovely hotel with a lot of potential but let down by lack of staff initiative and management. the pool situation seriously needs to be sorted out. All the other guests were also saying how dirty it was.

I did enjoy this hotel HOWEVER the swimming pool is disgusting 🤢 we were there for just under 2 weeks and the pool was not cleaned once. Every hotel I have ever stayed in from a 2 star upwards have cleaned there pool on a daily basis. Our room over looked the pool and you could see form our balcony just how dirty it was. The floor of the pool is slimy and slipper just disgusting 🤢 Rooms and staff are lovely however my room was only ever tidied not really cleaned. Floors never sweeped as under the skink in bathroom was other peoples hair yuk!!! Also sideboards where dusty, also don’t make your bed as if you do the cleaners won’t do it. This place has a lot of potential but it’s just not maintained. Nice but go somewhere cleaner

During our unplanned visit to Bali (on the way to the Gili islands) , my wife and I found ourselves a day early and our booked hotel was fully occupied. In a spur-of-the-moment decision, we opted for Bali Karma. With no high expectations, we had heard it was conveniently located, and indeed it was. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, a very friendly and Italian gentleman, whom we believe goes by the name of Mario or Marco. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient Balinese staff who were not only young but also very pleasant. Although the rooms weren't overly spacious, they were impeccably clean and offered a view of the pool and a garden styled like a jungle. The nights were incredibly tranquil, with only the occasional sounds of birds and the charming presence of typical baby lizards. The bed was comfortable, adorned with clean sheets, and both the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. The addition of a nice balcony was a pleasant surprise. We opted to skip breakfast at the hotel, given the myriad of choices available as soon as you stepped onto the main street. All in all, it was a pleasant stay with no issues to speak of. Highly recommended for a few laid-back and unpretentious days. Thank you for the hospitality! Will keep your place in mind !

I had a very bad experience here, especially with the owner of the building (Italian owner). He said very clearly that I had to return to my own country because I indicated that there was a lizard in my room and the entire stairwell and grounds were full of them. there are also poisonous ones. but the owner thought it was very normal in Bali. I have already been to 5 hotels in Bali, but I haven't seen them anywhere except here! was really in shock when the owner said I had to go back to my own country. So not recommended at all for me.

Loved my stay!! Had the most amazing and incredible experience at the Bali Karma Sajtra Hotel. Deserves way more than 5/5!! Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are large and luxurious! The accommodation is unbelievable clean and beautiful. The pool is enormous and pretty. All the hotel team are the most friendly, lovely and capable people. Service was exceptional. Everything was wonderful and the food is truly delicious and healthy. I worked from here and the wifi was perfect. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a spa in easy walking distance. My room was on the 3rd floor, so I had a stunning view across the rice paddies & greenery. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to come back!!
