Vey handy as a starting point for Mt Batur tours, amazing views looking over lake and mountain peak. Very friendly staff. Older rooms but comfortable & clean.

Nice hotel, but lacking amenities and a bit troublesome with 2 flights if stairs to rooms. But the service to help bring luggages to the rooms was excellent. So is the help to bring up during checkout. Many hands makes light work for them.

It was hard to find the place at first. It was a workout to walk up and down. Overall was ok stay with the view was a win. WiFi was not strong

Location and view from balcony was perfect for a one night stay. But the bathroom looked tired and old and allot of mould too. The bathtub was unusable and the shower poor quality we had scorpions in bathroom which for when I told reception they just give me a big spray 🤷♂️ I would rather have stayed somewhere else but this was all that was available I felt ripped off personal but the view was nice.
