Radha Phala Resort & Spa Reviews

It was an incredible stay. We were very well received, they showed us around the entire resort and our room, explaining every detail. The resort has a wonderful pool, a very pleasant atmosphere, and beautiful scenery. They also offer a spa service, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers very good options on the menu. On Wednesday night , they have live music at dinner in the restaurant; the artist is very good and worth seeing. All the resort staff are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, and we felt very comfortable with them. They offer other services, but we didn't have time to use them. However, we really liked the location; it's very peaceful and offers easy access to activities in the Ubud area. We really enjoyed this resort and will definitely return. I highly recommend it.

Cozy hotel with beautiful grounds. The room was clean. Excellent service and friendly staff. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and they quickly prepared our room and let us in. We had a choice of breakfast options, and all the food was delicious.

Decent hotel on cleanliness.. location is a bit far.. staff is good but I think they have been instructed or may not have all things available to them ..very small thing like salted butter not available.. and similar things not available. Please do note that staff was very friendly and tried thr best to accommodate. They were very friendly with my daughter.. so no complains on that..but on many small things I felt, could have been better.. I stayed for 2 nights..

A very beautiful and calm setting, both inside and outside the hotel. It’s not a large hotel but provides all the basic necessities. They also offer irons and international adapters that can be borrowed.

Had a pleasant stay at Radha Phala. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff are attentive and cater to all your needs; Novita was particularly lovely to me. The pool and the peace and quiet are major plusses for the property.

We stayed here for 5 days and overall nice place and friendly staff. Breakfast very good.

Very good location as it's very quiet and there are enough nice restaurants nearby for you to hang out at night.

The experience at the hotel was amazing.

The open shower room adds a touch of charm, and although there are a few ants, it's clean. The affordable price is fantastic value for money. The breakfast menu was a nice touch.

This hotel has absolutely no soundproofing. Adjacent rooms are connected by a door, so you can hear every sound from your neighbors—whether they're talking, walking around, or opening doors. The pool, while nice, clearly needs cleaning. The WiFi is terrible, and it's constantly dropping out.

Overall, I'm satisfied here. The room smells good, there aren't many mosquitoes, the bathroom is comfortable, the location is just right, not in the center but not far either.

The environment was great, and the staff were very friendly, but some of the tables were a bit dirty.
