Villa in need of upgrade and maintenance. Sliding door to dining room is very heavy to move. Missing tissue; bedroom slippers and hairdryer in 1 of the room. No telephone in any of the rooms. No soap in the toilet at the dining area.
Service staff are helpful and courteous.

This was a lovely property and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything we asked of them, they did in quick time. We even received an unexpected surprise of morning tea on our 3rd day, which was lovely.
They could probably do with replacing the pillows and some of the linen, had some slight stains, but overall, it was lovely.
The rooms were huge and well-appointed. The indoor/outdoor bathrooms were also great.
The pool was amazing. The decking around the pool could certainly do with renewing, however it was still certainly serviceable.
It was a little far away from shops and a larger selection of restaurants, however there were a couple of hidden gems close by.
Overall it was a lovely place to stay and for the price, unbeatable!

The staff here are wonderful. The property itself is get dated with a lot of maintenance needed. Boards around the pool are getting dangerous, the locks don’t work. Mould in the net curtains. Certainly no ammenities at all. Bring everything with you. We enjoyed the area, with the Gojek app meaning we could go anywhere quickly. Breakfast is a bit limited and not well cooked.
Our stay was adequate, but certainly wouldn’t stay again.

My family and I stayed at this villa for 9days, the photos are more or less the same but unfortunately the upkeep of the villa is not to a great standard, Brocken parts in the bath stained bed linen, holes in curtains scribble on a lounge sofa. This villa has the potential to be a good staycation once this easy to fix things are done, the villa is missing love and a little re vamp from the maintenance team. The staff are meant to clean each day but don’t (bins not emptied and dirty cups still on the side) Breakfast was late on 3 occasions delaying our day trips, on one of the occasion we left without any. On a good not I was recommended a private driver called Manik who was amazing fair and gave great recommendations

We loved our stay at Khayangan Kemenuh Villas, and would stay again.
Next time - we would be more prepared by bringing food with us to the Villa, as not much close by in way of groceries if you want to just relax around Villa. In saying that - Gojek and Grab deliver there. Loved that is short walk to Tegenungan Waterfalls, some restaraunts (pay to get in to area) and Omma Day Club, all beautuful area. Easy Gojek into Ubud town centre. Will stay again.
One thing that wasn't a problem for us - but may be with younger kids, is each bedroom is only accessible from outside. Gate to Villa gives privacy and security but for younger kids means need to go outside to get to mum and dad and also right next to pool.

My family and I in January stayed at Khayangan Kemenuh Villa.. We stayed for 2 days there, the 2nd day my wife was packing things when we were going to check out of the villa.. suddenly when my wife closed the glass door of the upper room of the villa.. the door broke and hurt my wife.. my wife's whole body was hit by broken glass the villa management dont care.. Without asking how my wife is, even asking us to compensate for the incident.. The glass door of that size will not possibly break if it is only closed normally if in the good maintenece Even to take my wife to the hospital, I was detained on the grounds that I had to pay the loss.. I asked for a cctv recording from the villa so that there is evidence that the incident was not intentional but the villa said that the cctv was dead.. Until now there is no good faith from the villa to ask about my wife's health.. I hope no customer has the same experience as us 🙏🏻 For the management of the khayangan Kemenuh villa, remamber karma has no deadline!

Pro: Beautiful design, modern and Balinese at the same time. Comfortable as well. Big living room upstairs. Pool size is great! Value is good, and not too overpriced. Con: Some cable was hanging out dangerously near the pool, they moved us to better villa. Thank you.
