Mitsis Bali Paradise Hotel

We booked a room with a sea view (at an additional cost) and received instead a room with a balcony without a view which did not look good at all. The woman at the reception said that right now everything is fully booked but they will move us to a room with a view the next day. The next morning we were really upgraded to a suite with a view of the sea and a large garden, a very beautiful and spacious room... All the employees were very nice, efficient and caring. The corridors had a bad smell of sewage. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and really the meals were very varied and so were the drinks at the bar. The entertainment staff is French and most of the guests are French as well, we didn't mind because we weren't looking for entertainment. In conclusion, the value for the price is fair, but the level is not very high.

Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional. Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket. The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room. The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel. You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it. The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :( I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing. When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room. Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge. Niki and Yanis have human and professionnel qualities .they love their job. The director is also kind and professionnel. The restaurant is good Employees of swimming pool are so kind and professionnel.

The hotel it's clean, staff very friendly. Best restaurant on the crete!! Only minus is the hill from the way to the hotel.The hotel is about 400m from the beach. And to much French people they don't speak english 😂

Very good food 🥘 The staff are very nice people The hotel has 3 pools and a some kind if water park Tho it has a big hill you have to go down every night and day the beach is 400 meters from the hotel The animation team is good but the speaks most French languages and 80% of the people are from France 🇫🇷

Well,where do I start. I thought I never in my life will write bad review to hotel,but people have to know the truth. We had such a high expectation about this hotel,because of nice reviews and it was a mess. Best hotel in Bali? Really? Thirst of all-room supposed to be sea view,but we got garden view between 2 buildings-was crazy hot there,sealing you can’t even touch,airco didn’t help and was switching off every 10 min. Bed like 120cm wide and you can feel every metal parts from mattress. Pillows,haha,it’s a joke,like millions stones in. Very French oriented hotel,which was surprise to us,that French people eat this disgusting food. Such a shame,when you expect Greek hospitality. Old tomato’s,dry cheese from the day before,meat and fish from frozen products,like common. Bread at the breakfast old,old omelette,sooooo dirty tables … Oh. Vine and beer made from powder,can’t even drink it,when you are all inclusive,because we’ve got allergies ,how low quality it was.. 1week of suffering.. I am half Greek,so I had a shock. Look like all reviews are just fake. We spent a lot of money to be able to eat and drink outside. 3 times more,that we pay for hotel all inclusive. It’s such a shame,that this hotel got under Mtisis group (best one one in all Greece),because after visiting we don’t want EVER to come back to Crete. Only good thing was cleaning ladies there,very friendly boys at pool bar and front desk. I know,it’s not your fault,that you work in such a bad place,who can’t provide high level of good service. Also,the gate was closing at 22-00,so we have to run to the hotel to avoid jumping via fence. Animation team worked good,but we do this sad faces of French people around😅. Not happy ,very disappointed and never ever Bali “disaster “. Think twice before going here and don’t believe nice reviews.

Excellent hotel. Nice Beach. Special mention for the hotel restaurant , where everything was perfect. The restaurant manager, dimitris, assured a five star quality in everything ! A dream holiday, I recommand

Expected nice room as shown when buing..but we ot terible room like 2* not 4 as reported. The hotel room was worse than hostel. Finally, we had to pay extra charge money for nice room. Terrible experiance.
