Stayed here for 3 days. The hotel location is good its near restaurants and shops. They have the biggest private swimming pools in Bali but unfortunately that's all the good things about the villas. The villa was rundown and full of mosquitoes and bugs, they gave us free insect spray. The bathroom have a shower over a tub. water pressure was bad. The hotel menu and food was a 2 star. They turn on the pool lights at 7pm so expect to swim in the dark. Overall the villas are overpriced ruins.

We stayed here for two weeks, i only wish it could have been longer !!,the facilities were great,staff were absolutely brilliant ,could not do enough for us ,very helpfull and friendly,room was cleaned every day and having our own pool was excellent........if anyone from the hotel reads this id just like to say thank you so much your were all great

All staff are absolutely lovely going out of their way to ensure your stay is the best they can provide. The villas are a little dated, beds are very firm & the bath/shower is very high & awkward to get into. Tea & coffee is provided & powdered milk. There are no appliances other than a kettle & of course fridge. There is an onsite restaurant/bar with a fairly standard menu offering both Asian and Western options at reasonable prices. The spa is fantastic. Relax with a massage or facial at awesome prices. Each villa has a private pool which is quite deep & very clean, this was probably the best feature of the room. The resort pool was nice but much smaller than it appears in website pictures. Plenty of places nearby to eat, a mini mart, bottle shop & money changer within a couple of minutes. The footpaths are very rough at the moment so you need to be very careful not to trip. We stayed here for 7 nights which was probably a bit too long. I think 3 or 4 days would have been better just because of the lack of comfort and limited variety of food in the restaurant. The staff did an outstanding job.

Stayed in Nov / Dec 2022 for 7 nights… 1. All villas have large private pools - beautiful warm water 2. Young staff are sincere and genuinely wanting to make your stay as pleasurable as possible 3. Choice of a la carte breakfast to room daily (we loved their fruit juice, sliced local fruits, pot of balinese coffee and our fave: avocado, salad and scrambled eggs on toasted baguettes 4. Truly private pool villas inc bfast for under AUD100 per night 5. Very affordable room service menu 6. Powerful air-con; good water pressure inc hot water 7. Great high speed wi-fi 8. Comfy king bed with 2 pillows each 9. Kettle, plentiful coffee & tea etc 10. Big fridge with freezer that made ice 11. Good restaurants beside and adjacent; Mini mart almost next door 12. No sewerage smell Comfortable, Private, Relaxing, Affordable - with everything we needed close by - will be booking again next year…

Really enjoyed my stay here. My fiancé and the hotel managed to surprise me for my birthday and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Dewa Ayurai is one of the staff members who above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and helped my fiancé pull off the birthday surprises. The room was very clean and it was fun to jump from the room straight to the private pool. It was walking distance to Kuta beach also (beware for scammers who target tourists). The breakfast was so fresh and tasty and homely, it didn’t taste like it was out of a packet and the fresh juice was lovely. There were also lots of food places opposite the hotel. Would definitely recommend

We recently stayed in this hotel on our last night in Bali. The room and its private pool were nice, yet showing signs of age that could be easily improved. Very nice restaurant manager (the only person speaking English in the place). Unfortunately the location is really noisy since the rooms face an open pool-garden space very close the main street and you can hear the traffic from inside your room. By the evening we were called to place our breakfast order and were informed it would be served only in our room (not possible in the restaurant). We never received breakfast the next morning, I had to call 3 times the Front desk, some of my friends never got their breakfast, and no staff could understand English. Nice live-music in the restaurant in the evening.

I was booking the 1 bedroom pool villa on last minute and surprisingly the villa was ready and immaculate. Something that you rarely find during the pandemic. The staff is nice, check in was smooth, and the pool size is very big for a 1 bedroom villa. I've been staying in plenty of private villas and must say this one is a gem considering the price tag. Such a fantastic value. We will be back. The villa was quiet, secluded, nicely set up, and there is cute living area with small pantry so we don't have to spend whole day in a room. There are plenty of spaces and staff were attentive Oh and I love the water pressure and hot water is consistent.

We found the place lovely but on closer inspection a hair clip was still hanging from the shower curtain and hair was on the floor in the bathroom. My friend found that the sheets were not fresh... To believe that the cleaning was done in a hurry before our arrival. As for the catering, the breakfast was not interesting: soft sandwiches, fruit cut in plastic wrap from the day before so better. The lunch sandwiches were in the same state: uninteresting. The finishes are to be reviewed. This hotel deserves more attention to its amenities and not to let it decay because it is still appreciable.
