The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every room has a balcony or terrace. The Pool area is also nice, the infinity pool is great to take pictures. The service at the restaurant could be improved, the staff was not really attentive. It took us 15min to order and another 20min to get a drink served.

Service was excellent. Facilities were very nice. Beautiful infinity pool. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Please add French toast to the menu 😁. The view from the room was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Interesting no mention of Food above in RATE THIS HOTEL...... as I would have given it 5 .
Anyway a pleasant stay as always as we've been here several times before Covid . Started off a bit shaky this time though as we had our usual room -Garden Suite except after Covid a dank smell permeates and finally I rang Reception to change rooms as I started sneezing and we all know it's not pleasant if Mold gets into one's system and an Upgrade was actioned with no drama from Management .
All in all it was a very pleasant stay with good food and good service and we'll be back again in the not too distant future and sharing our stay with their neighbour Komaneka .

The location is great, easy to walk to the palace. I thought it was a bit expensive at first, but the hotel's services, facilities, and breakfast software and hardware are all at a five-star level. Many details, including fresh fruits every day, small desserts before bed, mosquito repellent, shopping bags, etc., all reflect the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. care. The wooden tub in the bathroom is definitely the highlight. It was a real pleasure for a family of three with a baby to soak in the tub for two consecutive nights. The most special thing about this stay is its infinity pool facing the sunset. My child loved it so much that she swam three times😝

Chse Certified is the reason why I chose this hotel on Ctrip. After all, the price of the family room is the same as that of the Ritz-Carlton Basic Suite in Nusa Dua, and the area is half less. But one week before the check-in, I was notified that the hotel had changed its name, and the certification suffix was canceled...
On the second night of the stay, it happened to be pouring rain, and I fled back to the hotel drenched. I asked the front desk for three extra large bath towels, but they were forgotten in the end;
The bedroom in the courtyard suite faces the courtyard directly through the glass door. When it rains heavily, the sound insulation is extremely poor and it is difficult to sleep;
The breakfast is not self-service, and the selection is small.

Absolutely loved this hotel! What is unique about this property, is the architectural style and the ambiance. It has a kind of homey feeling to it.The rooms are suites and they are very well designed to make you feel comfortable. The staff is amazing and the location is also perfect. Because of the traffic nightmare in Ubud, here you are close to most of the sites and places that you want to visit locally. The hotel has great cars and very good drivers that you can book to make your sightseeing more individualized and to your own taste. It was such a wonderful experience to stay here.

This was such a dreamy place to stay for the week. I think my favorite aspect was the staff. They paid attention to every detail and were so kind and friendly with any interaction. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Bali.
