Clandestino - Hostel

Bed is so comfy, my favorite creature here go for Tino!! 🦮 sorry Lily and Christian you are the best but Tino is the boss hahaha I had amazing time here Lily, Christian and all the staff here was so kind friendly and nice I would like to come back here again for sure!

Great vibe, good balance between relaxing and party! Everyone there was super social and the staff was very friendly. Special mention goes to Robin who was a great MC, and especially to Symphony behind reception, who went above and beyond to be helpful. There is currently no fridge which is accessible 24/7 to guests for them to store any temperature sensitive items (meds or otherwise). The lighting needs a bit of work; the upstairs area (bar/restaurant) is a bit too dark in the evening (good excuse for losing at beer pong). The 14 bed dorm is a bit too bright as everything is painted white and reflects light (maybe use darker curtains?) All in all a solid hostel experience, and I'm optimistic that they will bring improvements to the points that I think are lacking.

Firstly, thanks for the amazing stay clandestino. The facilities were great, but the highlight was definitely the staff. From the minute I arrived, staff were welcoming, asked my name, and even though there seemed to be over 50 people staying at the hostel all the staff remembered my name from minute one. I was surprised to wake in the morning and be greeted with the staff who still remembered my name. The staff were super accommodating throughout my stay; I had some troubles because I lost my atm card and was distressed due to not having access to money. Jamie from the hostel went above and beyond to help me out and turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Huge thanks to Christian, Putu, Robin, joshua and all the other staff (sorry I am not as solid as the staff at remembering names)... I will just say that every single staff member is amazing and needs to be commended. The environment was great, the family dinners and party nights were super. Thank you again so much for the stay, it was an absolute dream. Much love from Josh x

Awesome place to start the solo traveling, good vibes, friendly people, and a great complex to stay in, not to mention the staff who were a great time, Robbin and Christian put on some epic nights to get things going, recommend it for all! Thanks guys!

Great location with everything you need nearby. Super welcoming atmosphere, really feels like home. Any issues with wifi/air con were resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend the newer 14 bed en-suite rooms. Daily events/entertainment and complementary dinner was a bonus. Special mention for Cindy and Christian for all their hard work, they really make a point of getting to know you and making sure you feel included.

The best hostel ever. I absolutely recommend it. The staff was always very nice, the hostel is super clean, makes you feel at home. The food they make is really good. Every night there is always an event to do, which makes everything very friendly and sociable. The organisers Robin and Christian are really funny and above all very entertaining, the best :)

Comfy beds, good social place. Christian and Robin were great hosts. It’s really close to the beach and walking distance to shops. Offer free dinner every night which was always very nice. All the staff were very friendly. If going to Bali stay here.

The hostel was absolutely amazing. I never Stayed in a better hostel that’s why I stayed here 6 days. The stuff is absolutely amazing and also marie did an amazing job and kept the group of the hostel together. They have every evening different events and it’s absolutely fun. Everything Is clean and the beds are really comfy. Also the 2 dogs in the hostel are abolitionist lovely and always there for a cuddle if u need one. I will definitely come back here cause I miss it already 💕
