For context, we are easy going budget travelers who stayed at four different places around Ubud over a month. If you are looking for a basic, clean guest house, this is a solid choice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, and unlike a few other places we stayed in Ubud, the AC was normal strength and worked fast. There was a basic kitchenette that we utilized with the basic cookware you might need. The shower had decent pressure and got hot. The wifi was strong and reliable. We stayed a week and they provided one big jug of drinking water in the room that almost lasted the whole week (but it was very cheap to replace.) If possible try and get one of the rooms on top. The seating area on the balcony was like having a second room, and was just a bit more private than the rooms on the ground floor. We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was very nice. There were are a few options but I stuck with the very yummy banana pancake and a nice plate of cut fruit. The owners are super friendly and attentive. Plenty of great restaurants nearby (we liked Shoga and Casa Taco), and there are two grocery stores maybe ten minutes walk in either direction. NOTE: again like many places in Ubud, it can be a bit hard to find the first time. There is a small sign on the road, it is across the street from the Panorama Hotel, but the rooms are tucked away down a small path. (Which means it was nice and quiet and away from street noise.) The owners also run the shops just in front though, stop in the clothing store and they will sort you out. They are on Google maps as well.
