My overall experience at this property was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly during my visit. The facilities were excellent — the Wi-Fi was fast, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ambiance of the entire place was peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant served tasty and fresh food with a good variety of options. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the dining area and the quick service. Overall, this hotel provided great value for money, and I felt truly cared for as a guest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll surely come back again on my next trip!

It’s an older hotel , I remember staying there 14 years ago and it hasn’t changed much since then. It’s clean and the rooms are large , it’s a 3 min walk to the beach and a 2 min walk to Beachwalk shopping Mall . There’s plenty of restaurants and bars around and a heap of shopping … Honestly for a budget hotel is does the job perfectly

Toilet light globe blue up in room 222 and they didn't had room keeper at the nights I asked for couple of glasses to be replaced on day 2 as I didn't had them do the room clean up. Reception as me to come down and pick up the glasses. And also asked me to drop the other two used glasses.

A lovely serene & quiet hotel tucked away not far from the hustle & bustle of Kuta. The pool was a welcome relief after a day exploring Bali & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

The hotel is not bad in terms of price - service ratio. Central location, not far from the beach and cafe. Spacious pool. Inexpensive restaurant. The service staff always tries to meet you halfway. Cons: old rooms, smells of damp. But you can live, the exhaust fan and air conditioner help.

I really liked the hotel. It's cozy, lots of greenery, a great pool. It's a leisurely 5-minute walk to the beach. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we didn't leave hungry. If you want to go to other beaches, a taxi is not expensive at all. Overall, I recommend it.

The location is really good as it is about a 5-minute walk from Kuta Beach. The swimming pool is not bad, but the room has a noisy bed, a coffee pot that is too dirty to use, bath towels with holes in them, and a toilet that smells like a sewer, etc. It would be good if you only want to sleep without any expectations. In addition, there are three scrawny cats. . Because they are not given water or food, they cry near people and ask for sausages at breakfast. I wish the resort would take care of those poor cats.

Great location. 5 minutes to a shopping center with shops, ATMs, cafes. 5 minutes to Kuta Beach. There are many shops, cafes, massages around. Quiet and cozy hotel in the center. A little tired furniture. But they are doing renovations and it feels like the hotel is being renovated.
