The hotel is worth the price. The location for Jimbaran beach is very convenient, 5 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the fish market by walking. The staff is friendly and always present. The room is clean but the towels should be replaced. The hotel is good to stay there for a few days. What I liked most was that there are 3 swimming pools and a spacious green area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the location wasn't very convenient for shopping. On the plus side, the hotel food was delicious.

I don't recommend this place! The location isn't great at all: there's rubbish and a dump nearby, no streetlights, and it's dark. The rooms leave a lot to be desired – the toilet didn't work well, the shower had low pressure, and the beach was dirty and full of flies.

This room is studio type, it's bigger than cozy type It has mirror in front of the bathroom door. The breakfast was ala carte and the choice was pretty decent

It is not really comfortable room where we stayed. The style is loft, but the problem is it isn't really comfortable. The doors to the toilet are inconvenient. The wi-fi wasn't working in the room. There were only body towels and no hand towels, no slippers also. The wash basin wasn't really convenient. It is more expensive than better hotels in Kuta area, but the neighbourhood doesn't look good. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they couldn't do anything about the wi-fi anyway.

Such a friendly, welcoming hotel. Had a variety of different rooms. Any problem I had, was fixed in no time. The food was great and it’s a short walk to Jimbaran bay. It’s in a more local are, not like the other touristy places of Bali.

A nice hotel. Kind people working in reception and restaurant. Nice breakfast.We enjoyed our stay.

The sheets were dirty and they didn’t change them. Very basic accommodation and I checked out the day after. They refused a refund and wouldn’t help when trip tried to help me. I wouldn’t stay here again. The door hardly locked so I didn’t feel safe in my studio as a solo traveller.

The hotel is not far from Bali Airport, located in an alley near the beach, making it very convenient to walk to the beach to watch the sunset. The hotel rooms are comfortable, large, and clean. There is also a large seafood market and processing restaurants nearby, making it a very comfortable transit hotel. Grab taxis are readily available. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 4 nights in July. Good value for money for just a stay. The building is old. The shower was weak. There were hardly any amenities. The pool was small but had 3 different types. Breakfast was included and pretty tasty. There were about 8 types to choose from.

This is the most disgustingly dirty hotel! The building is very old and needs major repairs. We were given a room on the 1st floor, there is no tulle (the cleaning lady walked by and looked into our room without embarrassment!!!), there is nothing to dry clothes, there are blood stains on the bed linen in the room, old towels with stains, the air conditioner did not work at all!! It was set to 16 and did not cool at all!!! It is old and dirty! I doubt that it is serviced in any way! The door in the shower did not open normally, only about 30 centimeters and got stuck! There was a terrible stench of sewage, when we turned on the water in the shower to check, the smell intensified! All the plumbing is dirty and requires urgent replacement due to wear and tear, among other things! All the hinges in the shower are rusty, the taps are rusty! It's a pity the smell cannot be conveyed through the screen! We walked around the territory, the children's pool is cloudy, it is not cleaned! The other 2 pools are very cloudy!! When asked at the reception why the pools are so dirty and cloudy, they said it was raining! But that's complete nonsense! It rains everywhere in Bali and we've never seen such neglect!!! But the most disgusting thing was the receptionist Coco! We came to him and said that we wanted to cancel the reservation (and it was non-refundable for a minute), to which he said that we needed to write to Trip, that only they could cancel (which is complete nonsense). I wrote and they asked Coco to agree himself and cancel the reservation without a penalty. He thought for a long time and eventually came to us and said that he could only return 50%!! Otherwise, Trip would fine him! We agreed that he would do so, and we found another hotel ourselves and paid again! He apologized to our faces, muttered that he was sorry! We booked another hotel and called a taxi, also keeping in touch with Trip! We wrote all this to them and they said that they would negotiate! The cherry on top, as soon as we got into the taxi and drove away, he immediately sent a refusal!!! After expensive correspondence with Trip, they confirmed that he refused a refund and did not say anything about 50% and we ourselves came up with it, it turns out! All we got for a ruined vacation was a rotten, lying apology! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! The attitude is disgusting! I really hope that this Coco and his shitty hotel will be blocked so that people do not get into trouble and do not ruin their impressions of their vacation and Bali!!!
