We would not recommend staying there for a long time. We arrived at night (2:30 a.m.) and the first problem was getting hold of someone. After 3 attempts, someone answered the phone and picked us up. So far, so good. When we got to the room, we went out again for a quick look at the pool and immediately noticed a rat swimming in the pool. The next morning, it was lying dead on the floor. The cleaning service didn't notice this at first. We went back later and spoke to him. He immediately apologized and removed the rat. Unfortunately, this was so disgusting for us that we didn't go into the pool. While we were eating in the hotel, a rat was also running in the bushes next to us... and finally, when we were lying in bed, we noticed bed bugs. We called reception and two men came immediately with insect spray and a new sheet. They removed the bed sheets, sprayed everything and made it new. However, only the sheets themselves were changed; the blankets and pillows were the same as before. They left the spray with us. Unfortunately, it didn't help at all. (Incidentally, you can recognize bed bugs by the black spots on the pillows and blankets; these are excrement residues.) On top of all that, the noises from outside are very loud. It wasn't so bad for us, but a rat ran across the roof at night and, along with the bed bugs, kept us awake all night. Despite all that, the staff are really very friendly!!!
