Love it. The Villa was beautiful, neat & tidy. Pool, outdoor shower & spa bath. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels, tea, coffee & water. Staff were awesome, happy to help in any way. Very private. Must try the Jardin Cafe next door. Highly recommend it.

Not happy at all with this villa, at the start the changed us more than normal to rent a bike... and we were fine with that, but now we lost the key of the room and they also ask for money for that 200.000rb. Just insane they changed you for that. Good places don't change you for a plastic card. Also room is really noisy not good for have a good sleep.

Charge over 200% more for a scooter then every other place in Bali. We lost a room key (a plastic swipe card) which costs nothing. They charge 200,000 RPH rather than replacing for free like every other place. Will not stay here again. Will not recommend to anyone. Do not stay here, they value money over service.

I live in Bali. One friend used it. The interior had a very nice boutique hotel feel. The location is also easy to move around. However, there is not enough hot water capacity at all. Even if one friend takes a shower, it will turn into water halfway through. I have a bath duff, but after 3 cm of water had accumulated, water poured out. Even though the price is close to 20,000 yen per night, I think there is a problem with this condition. When I complained on the third night of my week-long stay, there was no response at all. I think this is a violation of the terms of service. So I asked for a cancellation, but they wouldn't accept it... Same situation when checking other rooms. Even when I ask to speak to the manager or owner, they don't connect me, and when I call the owner directly, they don't pick up. It's pretty malicious. The staff looks cute. The attached exchange is almost completely off-putting! ! ! **I'm tired of management.
