Our first room was dirty. Ac was noisy. Mini bar was noisy. Breakfast was interesting but not good at all. Our second room 5220 was fine and more clean.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramada Kuta Sunset Road. Although the location seems convenient, the service, cleanliness, and overall attitude of the staff were far below the standards expected from the Ramada brand. The bed linens were gray and looked unclean. I requested them to be changed, which they eventually did. I had prepaid for an 8-night stay. During the first two nights, I felt very uncomfortable due to strange noises and sensations in the room, which made me scared and unable to sleep. I requested a refund, but instead of processing it, the staff suggested changing the room. The staff responded with smiles and what they described as “Balinese friendliness,” even laughing, so I agreed to try a room change. Because I had not slept properly for two nights, I spent a lot of time outside during the day, and at night I was so exhausted that I slept deeply. For about two nights, things seemed acceptable.

Everything was good,I book for superior king room for 3 room,but when I reach at the hotel,they give me deluxe room with the same price,the bed super big,it can be use for 4 person.love it

The staff is very polite and helpful,and the pool is a great plus. However, the rooms are outdated and have a musty smell unless the AC is running. Breakfast is okay, but it could have more cheese and olive varieties.

I stayed here recently for a short trip. Overall, it was a perfectly average experience—nothing terrible, but nothing particularly memorable or outstanding either. It works fine if you just need a place to crash, but don't expect to be wowed. The Pros: The Bed: The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Wi-Fi: The internet connection was fast and stable throughout my stay, which was great for getting some work done. Location: It’s in a decent area, relatively close to public transit and a few local spots, though not right in the heart of the action. The Cons: A Bit Dated: The property and the room decor feel like they haven't been updated in quite a while. There was some noticeable wear and tear on the furniture and carpet. Basic Amenities: The amenities were bare-bones. The toiletries provided were minimal, and the in-room coffee options were pretty poor. Slow Service: Check-in took longer than it should have, as there was only one staff member working the front desk during peak hours.

Room was ok but very tiny for a superior king size . Ac was leaking water . Public toilet and shower for the swimming pool area was dirty and smelly.

The location was great for our short stay, especially since we were only in Bali for two nights. The staff were super helpful, and the rooftop was beautiful. However, our room didn't have slippers, and the air conditioner was leaking during our stay. Other than that, everything was good.

I was proven wrong about the negative Google reviews after staying here directly. This is a large, luxurious hotel with a grand lobby. The rooms are nice and clean, and the AC is cold. The atmosphere is quiet. All rooms have a large balcony. The food is delicious. However, the music in the restaurant during breakfast didn't reflect Bali's identity at all. They were playing rock music at full volume. I wonder if the manager is a rock music fan? How did such out-of-context songs get approved? It really should have been Balinese or Indonesian instrumental music...

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY - MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE! When last your product Manager site this hotel and check the condition? The check in process was slow - I don’t blame the staff infact the staff was super nice. Ayu especially super nice. She was heavily pregnant but still very helpful. However there are no other staff but there are like 7 trainees Who is not well trained! The room was not ready at 3 pm! I was terribly tired because of the flight but Because I feel sad looking at the situation of front office - and I comeback later after 9 pm When I arrived to the hotel by 9 pm, the duty person was asking my name twice while I told him I have checked in but the room was not ready and point to my bags which was left behind the counter - extremely confused what happened here! When I reach the room, it was terrible No specific view except of a a balcony which is facing a wall while wall! (Check photo) No other toiletries as what the confirmation letter said, except for soap toothbrush the rest is nothing more (Check photo) The bottom cabinet was rotten and open (Check photo) The hairdryer was not in the room (Check photo) The body wash and shampoo area was discolored and rusty (Check photo) The mirror was smudged (Check photo) Good tray was not cleared for hours and got smelly (Check photo) To get a late checkout was hard enough the guy asked to call again at 9 am the next morning! I am so DISAPPOINTED with my stay and I demanded my stay to be refunded!
