the hotel is a bit creepy and there is alot of insect (thats okay i guess) but there is a cockroach in the bathroom. the amenities is complete but the towel is a bit smelly and the hotel staff are friendly but the telephone are not working.

As a result, the water blocked and overflowed in the bathing place, and someone came to do it for a long time. In the afternoon, I went to the waterfall and went back to the hotel to take a hot shower, but it turned out that there was no hot water for half an hour, and the call to the front desk was extremely slow. There is a shuttle bus to get out of the room. I called the front desk and there was a boy who couldn't understand English and didn't come for a long time. There is no person in charge at the front desk, they are all a bunch of children, except for one girl, who can't speak English very well. Don't stay here if you don't want to waste time and have a terrible experience in Ubud. Not to mention the poor hotel facilities in the room, the price is here. Move out overnight

Amazing beautiful property, which lush outdoor greenery and rice fields and multiple beautiful swimming pools. i stayed in both the room and the villa and it was an amazing experience- value for money. the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable.

Kaket was so lovely and made us all feel so welcome his customer service is spot on and really helpful. The room was clean and nice the restaurant staff where all lovely and the pool was amazing and had a Beautiful veiw the grounds are all clean and well looked after

Kamang helped us out with everything we needed from driving us to our villa, carry out heavy luggages. I was waiting for our pick up van and it was so hot at the lobby so he brought extra fan for me to help with the heat. 10/10 for his service. Nice rice field view from the villa!
